Your eTicket receipt
WestJet issues electronic itineraries and eTicket receipt by email at the time flight reservations are made. If you have kept the email from WestJet with your itinerary and link to the eTicket receipt and it is within seven days after the last flight on the itinerary is flown, you may be able to access your ticket number using the eTicket receipt link on the email. Click on the “eTicket receipt” link and you will be taken to the Sabre Virtually There website to retrieve your information.

Tip: WestJet itineraries and eTicket receipts are stored by Sabre Virtually There. To keep your eTicket information for more than seven days, it's a good idea to add your eTickets to your Sabre Virtually There profile each time you make a new reservation. Your reservation and payment detail will then be accessible for each itinerary for 13 months after the last flight has been flown. If you choose not to add your eTickets to your Sabre Virtually There profile, WestJet will only be able to provide you with detail for a period of seven days after you have completed the last flight on each reservation.
