To show our commitment to on-time performance, we promise that:
- If your flight arrives more than 30 minutes late, or is cancelled, we'll give you 50% off your next Toronto-Montreal or Toronto-Ottawa flight.
- If your flight is cancelled and you cannot travel on your re-accommodated flight, we'll keep the value of your original ticket available for future use with no penalty, plus you'll also receive 50% off your next Toronto-Montreal or Toronto-Ottawa flight.
To take advantage of our new on-time service promise, be sure to always provide your 9-digit WestJet ID to your travel agent or add it when booking on westjet.com. Within 2 weeks of your flight delay, we will send a 50% off promo code and coupon code to the email linked to your WestJet ID or the email you provided at the time of booking.
If you travelled more than two weeks ago and were not sent a promo code and coupon code, please email us at ontimepromise@westjet.com with your name, date of travel, routing and flight number. We'll send you the discount information within 10 business days.
If you cannot travel on your re-accommodated flight, please notify WestJet or your travel agent that you wish to cancel your reservation and we will waive the cancellation fee for you. The full value of your original ticket will remain available for your future use.
