Hugh Bolton
Edmonton (Alberta)

Mr. Bolton is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants, and the former Chairman, CEO and partner in Coopers & Lybrand Canada, Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Bolton is currently the non-executive Chair of EPCOR Utilities Inc. and is also a board member of the Canadian National Railway Company, Teck Resources Limited., TD Bank Financial Group, and Capital Power Corporation.

Mr. Bolton received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alberta. In 2006, he was made a fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors (Canada).

Mr. Bolton joined WestJet's Board of Directors in August 2005.
