- Having trouble logging in? We have recently updated our reservations and guest profile systems. If you are encountering issues logging in, please ensure that you have signed up for a new WestJet Guest Profile. All previous guest profiles have been retired and can no longer be used.
- Exchange/Refund: If you would like to modify an existing reservation, please log in to your profile. If you do not have a profile and would like to make changes to an existing reservation, please contact our Sales Super Centre.
