If booking in advance, you may only need a deposit to secure your group. Final balance is due at a later date noted below.

Groups can change the names of individuals on their flights, at no charge, up to 24 hours prior to departure.

Itinerary changes can be made up to two hours prior to departure.

If you need to make separate payments we can take several different payment cards for the same reservation. Just let us know when you book.

We accept cheques sent for group travel. Cheque payment must be received in our office on or before your full payment date.

Getting married?
Planning a wedding is stressful enough without having to worry about how people are going to get there. Let us make your guests our guests on the happiest day of your lives.
We'll even assign your wedding a booking code, giving your guests an extra 10 per cent discount off our already low fares. Think of it as our wedding gift to you. All you have to do is let them know your booking number, which they'll be asked for when they book.

Group reservations for domestic travel require a $75 CAD/USD deposit per person. You may wait until thirty (30) days prior to departure to provide guests' names; name changes are also permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure at no additional charge. You may release 10 per cent of your group without loss of deposit up to 30 days before departure.
Group reservations for transborder travel require a $75 CAD/USD deposit per person. You may wait until forty-five (45) days prior to departure to provide guests' names; name changes are also permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure at no additional charge. You may release 10 per cent of your group without loss of deposit up to 45 days before departure.
Group reservations for international travel require a $75 CAD/USD deposit per person. You may wait until sixty (60) days prior to departure to provide guests' names; name changes are also permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure at no additional charge. You may release 10 per cent of your group without loss of deposit up to 60 days before departure.
Group reservations are available on WestJet and WestJet Encore operated flights only. Code-share and interline flights through our partner airlines do not qualify.

Booking your meeting or convention travel is easy with WestJet

Call our Groups team for your meeting and convention quote and flight availability. We will supply you with an account number, which can be given to your attendees so they will receive the special rate at the time of their booking. Please allow 48 hours from time of inquiry to allow an account to be set up.

WestJet operates without tickets; we will email each guest a personalized itinerary with a confirmation number.

Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Change guidelines

Name changes are permitted, at no charge, up to 24 hours prior to departure.

Name changes less than 24 hours prior to departure are subject to a fee per name change.

Itinerary (flight) changes are permitted up to two hours prior to departure and are subject to a fee per guest change, plus any applicable fare upgrades.
Cancellation guidelines

Cancellations are permitted up to two hours prior to departure.

A cancellation fee is assessed per guest, with the balance placed in a WestJet Travel Bank account to be used for future travel. Travel Bank credits are valid for one year.

Any cancellations that are made less than two hours prior to departure are both non-refundable and non-creditable.

Choosing a WestJet Vacations package for your group means having the convenience of flights, hotel and airport transfers together in one booking. We offer group bookings packages for Las Vegas, Jamaica, Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Curacao, Aruba, Liberia and St Lucia.

- Flexible payment plan: Group reservations require only a $200 CAD/USD person non-refundable deposit at time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure or before the early booking bonus day.
- All major credit cards are accepted. WestJet Vacations Groups will even split your payments.
- We give you time to prepare. You have until 60 days prior to departure to provide guests' names. Changes are also permitted up to 45 days prior to departure.
- We provide two hotel options with each quote.

- The $200 CAD/USD deposit required at the time of booking is non-refundable and non-creditable in the event of cancellation.
- Full payment on your group booking is due 60 days prior to departure or before the applicable early booking bonus date. Group bookings not paid in full by this date will be cancelled.
- WestJet Vacations accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cheques. At this time, we do not accept cash, WestJet credit files and WestJet gift certificates as payment.
- Package pricing is for leisure travel only, not for convention or conferences. Hotels have the right to charge the convention or conference rate to WestJet Vacations. WestJet Vacations will not be responsible for any additional charges enforced by the hotel.

Change and cancel guidelines for WestJet Vacations packages
WestJet Vacations packages may be changed or cancelled, without penalty, within 24 hours of reservation. Changes are subject to any difference in package price. After 24 hours have passed, changes are subject to a change fee of $75-86.25 CAD, per person, plus any difference in package price and will be accepted until 45 days prior to your departure. Payment for the change fee and difference in package price is required at the time of change. Name changes and corrections are subject to approval by the hotel supplier(s), and may not be permitted. Missed flights or unused package components are non-refundable and non-creditable.
