We’re here to help
WestJet wants to ensure your experience is as comfortable as possible. Whether you need assistance boarding and deplaning or are a first-time flyer and need a few kind words, we’d be glad to help.
Pregnant guests
If you are pregnant, you are more than welcome to fly; however, if you’re past 32 weeks you must consult a physician and obtain a written confirmation stating you are fit for travel, and to mitigate the chance that the seat belt will harm your pregnancy.
Guests bringing medications onboard
Please take all required medication onboard in your carry-on baggage. Medication should have a professional pharmaceutical label showing your name on the container. If you require syringes to administer medication, we strongly recommend you bring these syringes onboard also. Syringes must have the needle guard intact. If you require medication during your flight and are unable to administer it yourself, you will be required to travel with an attendant. For more information on travelling with a personal attendant, please visit our additional seating page.
