In additional to our great group rates, WestJet offers your team the following benefits:
- Last minute name changes? If your roster changes or you need to substitute an injured player, groups can change names on their flights for no charge up to 24 hours prior to departure.
- Doing Fundraising? Secure your group with only a deposit with names and final balance due 30 days prior to departure. Unlimited names changes still accepted without fee until 24 hours prior to travel
- Need to make a change? Itinerary changes can be made up to two hours prior to departure. Call us and we'll do our best to keep your costs low.
