The East portion of the beach as well as Sunset Point are being refurbished and will be unavailable until March of 2015. Guests may see or hear work in progress. Beach areas to the West are not affected and will be available to guests.
The Never Land Club is also being refurbished, and is scheduled to re-open in May of 2014. The atrium of the Great Ceremonial House is being reimagined and at certain times throughout the day there may be some noise and alternative paths of travel may be needed. Captain Cook's will be temporarily relocated to the Great Ceremonial House with modified operating hours and menu items until July of 2014. Disney's Polynesian Resort offers two other quick service dining locations; Kona Island and the Barefoot Pool Bar.
