Throughout the year The Quad will undergo a noticeable transformation, bringing several improvements to the property including new interior and exterior refurbishments that will hatch a new relaxed and contemporary atmosphere. During the renovation period, guests may experience construction noise, dusty surfaces and intermittent utility disruptions around the property. Every attempt will be made to alert guests upon arrival of any activities that may impact their stay. Please note construction is daily from 6am to 4pm, schedule is subject to change.
Vehicular access to The Quad from Las Vegas Blvd (The Strip) will be permanently closed. All traffic must enter the property via the back entrance.

Hotel was a complete dive but the staff was great!

A lot better places to stay than the quad. Like TI or Flamingo or better yet go downtown.
