Beach Palace

We were in the Beach Palace from March 29th to April 3rd. 3 adults, 1 senior and a teen. After staying at The Grand Moon Palace several times we had low expectations visiting the Beach Palace. Kinda like going from a first class seat to a middle seat in the back of an aircraft But boy, were we surprised. Even though we were there in the busiest week they have EVER had this year , we were AGAIN spoiled. Jesus from vacation planning was extremely helpful setting up the mani's /pedi's / massages as well as the facials for the family. We were in the hands of Veronica and Miriam as we enjoyed our couple massage and facials. The "L team" of Lisbeth, Liliana and Luisa finished up tackling our rough feet and they left them as smooth as a baby's butt. We dine at the 4 restaurants at Beach Palace. We would say that our least favorite was unfortunately La Terreza We were extremely disappointed with the meat selection. Everyone in our party ordered different cuts and none were satisfied. Either it was too chewy or rough. Yet, Bocelli made up for it. The manager Carlos was so pleasant and courteous that we dine there 3 nights out of 5 nights we were there. Chef Hector cooked the sirloin to perfection. Our servers Damian and Vladimir were spot on with the drinks and service. Kudos to THE A TEAM. Our last night we headed to Wok. Not expecting much we were treated with a surprise. Cristina the manager and Silvino our server knew what we needed to eat and drink. They brought dishes and we ate and ate and ate. Delicious. The beach was amazing and the daily music at 10 PM was superb. Live music to dance to was fantastic. We were greeted by Angelica at the store and brought back some aromas and cuff links as gifts from our trip. Thank you for providing the Cov Id exam so easy and pain free. It takes a lot for me to give 5 stars. I absolutely loved the beach palace but there were enough reasons for me to give a 4 instead of 5. Let’s start with what we loved BEACH! Beautiful it was beautiful and the lifeguard was so good and kept us all safe out there with the strong waves. We found the most beautiful shells Hot tubs and pools. Pools were warm and hot tubs hot just how we like it! Chair availability. Easy to find chairs on the beach and pools Kids club. Although small it was clean, fun and Sarah was so kind to my kids and us parents Sky bar drinks and hot tubs were amazing and view was out of this world. Angelica is the best! Housekeeping and mini bar attendants were the best I have had Cancun nanny services we used was excellent Proximity to la isla mall was perfect for us Beds so comfy and huge. The balcony was amazing and huge overlooking the lagoon for us. Not a lot of cons but room service was sub par compared to other AI resorts we have stayed at. We have also had better buffets We have two rude employees that kind of puts a sour taste in your mouth but I understand you can get that anywhere We will stay here agai for sure but it is more like a 4.5/5 for me but that is not an option

We came as a group and got six rooms for our seven night stay. We stayed on the lagoon side of the hotel. We spent several evenings on the balcony looking across the lagoon at the rest of the Hotel Zone, watching the traffic, and watching the ferris wheel. The weather was perfect in the low 80s during the day and in the 60s at night. It was interesting in the fact that the lagoon acted as a buffer for the rain. We noticed several storms over by the RIU but they never reached us, which was awesome! We were on the 8th floor and our room was very clean, spacious, and nice. We kept our room at 68 degrees and the AC had no problems maintaining. The bed was super comfortable. The toilet and shower worked great as well. Also, their toilet paper was some of the best we had used in a resort/hotel/cruise ship! The food was really good. We tried all the restaurants and found them all great! The pool bar was really accommodating as well for drinks and lunch. We spent a lot of time in this area. We enjoyed the Sports bar in the evenings for late night entertainment and the staff was fantastic. The staff in the whole resort were friendly and engaging. There wasn't much we asked about that they didn't know or would find out an answer/suggestion for us. We are planning on coming back to the Beach Palace in April, June, and September this year.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great beach and pool service, Jorge and Angelica were excellent servers! Tip your waitstaff, if you can afford this vacation, you can afford some tipping for drinks and food being served to you all day. The Indian restaurant was amazing, they just opened! All the food was good. The lady that makes the omelets is fast and a great cook. I enjoyed reading, relaxing, watching beach volleyball with my delicious pina coladas. The beach is excellent and the life guard does a great job keeping people safe in the water. Had a great time! Everyone is kind and friendly, the coffee shop was great and they had yummy cakes!

This was an amazing hotel! We visited Cozumel in October and found ourselves in a shelter for three days. The resort was so kind to offer us three free nights to come back. An act of nature, and they were amazing to offer us the nights to come back and enjoy hotel again. This time we went to Beach Palace Cancun. Can’t say enough good about this resort. Very nice staff Alfredo took great care of us at the pool, the beach and the shows. He always remembered our name and drink choices, he made us a brain shot and a bumblebee shot. Also Rudy at the pool keep drinks flowing. Service was impeccable, food was amazing everywhere. We’ll be back definitely . We also had family photos taken on beach, photo shoot was free, no pressure to purchase and photos.
