It was our first all inclusive resort, but everything was better than we could have imagined. The resort is very well kept, miles away from anything else. Tropical vegetation everywhere, with a beautiful beach that the staff ensures is free of seaweed multiple times a day. The drinks are good, with lots of options for any pallete. I didn't love the sweeteners they used in their drinks, but I found their regular/spicy pallomas to be right for me, + modelo and corona on tap. The restaurants were incredible. The food was really good, great flavor and tons of options. If ya don't like something, let them know and try something else. Finally the staff and other vacationers really put everything over the top! We met a ton of people, made great connections, and memorable conversations! We spent most of our time hanging in the main pool meeting new people. Then afternoons finding other activities, like mixology classes, dinners, and going to moons to end the night. It was really cool seeing all the people you've meet around the resort. And the staff was top notch! They did everything they could to make our stay amazing! Front desk staff, bellman, bartenders, wait staff, each and all of them were truly memorable! We definely plan on going back

This resort is great! There are lots of places to eat and drink, a variety of pools, a gorgeous beach. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Paco was our designated helper/butler during our stay. His personality is perfect for his role in hospitality. He's always super friendly, he never has a bad day (at least he never shows it!) and he's proactive and resourceful. We stayed at Haven last year and we asked for Paco again this year because he's so great.

We had a wonderful time at Haven Riviera in Cancun with 12 friends. Beautiful resort, very clean and modern amenities. The staff were wonderful, wanted to give some special mention to Cristina, Alfredo, Pepe and Shark Boy along with Rogelio, Santiago and Ivan! The pool activities were super fun such as the foam party, yoga on the paddle boards, aquasize and volleyball. The entertainment at night was pretty good, especially the Michael Jackson tribute and the Casino Night. Went sailing on the resort small catamaran sail boat and saw some turtles and went for a swim! All in all, a wonderful trip! Would love to come back sometime.

This resort and the staff exceeded our expectations. The grounds and hotel were beautiful. We booked "the Serenity Club " and it was WELL WORTH IT. Sara, our concierge did a fantastic job and we had everything we would want. (We have used a concierge in another resort, and were very disappointed). Sara and the other staff members did an amazing job and made our stay a beautiful, relaxing experience. We will return and we have gladly shared our positive experience with ours, and encourage others to book this resort too.

Unbelievable week of birthday celebrations! I’m sure it’s quiet without our group of 13 crazy Canadians. We met so many new friends, some of whom were staff. The beautiful Christina, Alfredo, Pepe, Shark Boy, and the entire pool bar service staff. That speaks for itself! Our first night, Santiago treated us so kindly at the buffet. We met him again later at the Greek restaurant who’s name escapes me. Fantastic food options! I’d have loved a smoothie bar. Activities were abundant and appealed to everyone. The quiet pool was stunning, but we did not belong there :) The gym could use more cardio equipment. There were often people waiting. Perhaps a larger space. The beach was beautiful and safe for long walks. I never felt unsafe. My room was always impeccably clean, thank you Sylvia. My safe did not work and the water closet had an odour. Perhaps a ventilation problem. My view was stunning! Overall a fantastic experience! Thank you!
