The food was good.. room was even better. And the entertainment options were top notch. But the real bright spot was the staff. Gio made sure we had a fun, engaging, and restful vacation! Truly one of the highlights of our trip. Hope to be back soon! Thank you, Gio!

Honestly one of the best vacations I have ever been on! The resort was beautiful and the staff was amazing. My fiancé and I planned our wedding here and it was beautiful! Mauricio was my cousins butler and checked in on me more on my wedding day than my butler did. He went way above and beyond and even though only 2 rooms in my party of 14 rooms had him everyone knew him and he knew a lot of us by name. Excellent employee, Fernanda our wedding coordinator was an absolute joy, she made our most special day go off with no problems and able for us to just enjoy the moment.

GLUTEN FREE PARADISE! We were there April 1-13, 2024 1. Omar our butler went above and beyond ALL THE TIME!!!! 2. Joy and Sebastian ALWAYS there when I went to a restaurant, cooked me special GF meals and ensured I was always safe THESE TWO will bring you a lot of business from the Celiac and other Allergy people in Canada! 3. Chefs in the restaurants who also came out to speak with me regarding GF. 4. Marisol, Enrique and Antonio at the Italian restaurant they were the reason we went there EVERYDAY! 5. Pilar and Martin at the Pure Bar they're so great and friendly and made sure we had the best drinks! 5. Willy at Don Jaume and many more. We have been to over 15 resorts and we will always consider the Majestic Elegance Playa Mujeres as the very best resort and we hope to be back again soon!!! Love all of you <3!

Where do I begin?! This trip as amazing and just the thing we needed during April break. The accommodations were superb as well as the grounds. This resort is absolutely magical! From the moment you arrive you feel welcome and relaxed. I do have a few major shout outs!! First our butler, Aaron, he was attentive to our needs and wants and always checked in. I cannot say enough good things about him. Secondly, Jose, who worked over at the infinity pool. Jose was amazing man attentive as well always checking in making sure we got a Bali beds reserved and always remembering our names. You will see from the pictures on our last full day, Jose, Abraham, Griselda, and Rayli surprised us with some sand art! Honestly the best staff. Lastly the entertainment team was amazing, shout outs to Gio, Jesus, and Hugo for rocking the infinity pool! And special shout out to Adeline for the amazing service at our romantic dinner on the beach!! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed at the Majestic Elegance for our anniversary; and from the moment we stepped inside the resort we were treated like royalty. Each staff at the resort really cares for your company. Always smiling, and providing the best services at every bar/ restaurant. At night, there’s always some form of entertainment, and I really enjoyed the effort they put into showcasing various sides of Mexican culture. An unforgettable staff was Jose Garcia. He’s a waiter at the pool/ beach. He was very attentive; and took the time to interact with guests and remember their names. I would 100% come back to this resort again. Beautiful views, clean environment and the food was amazing. Thank you to the staff at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres.
