Secrets The Vine Cancun

Secrets the Vine was an excellent resort to stay at. We ate at 3 of the restaurants for dinner and all 3 of them served great food that we enjoyed. We ate at the Dragon, Nebbiolo, and the Blue Water Grill. The beach was great little to no seaweed (sargassum). The weather was perfect, sunny and mid 80's. There was plenty of chairs around beach and around the pool. The servers around the pool and beach kept the drinks refilled! The wifi was strong throughout the resort and by the pool. Erica at the concierge desk was wonderful and is a true asset to the company. Alejandro at the lobby bar was always in a great mood and made wonderful drinks. (ask for his kiwi specialty drink!) Also Alejandro the server at the Italian restaurant Nebbiolo is the friendliest server I've ever encountered, what a great guy. The covid test was quick and on time. Well worth the money...we will be back.

Manny is the man! Hospitality is great made us feel welcome. He’s a great guy! Get the pina colada if you can! Play the pool games! Dragons to eat for your first dinner, if you know you!! ????????????

Where do I start? We stayed for a week in the Preferred Club in the 24th floor. Check in was great with our butler Alex he was helpful all week! The room was amazing! Housekeeping was wonderful as well as turn down service! Our beach and pool servers Veronica and Berto were always there with a cocktail and a smile. Benjamin the lifeguard was also helpful with chairs and umbrellas on the beach. He always gave us a surf report! The restaurants here are all very good. We had wonderful meals every night. The servers were top notch and made suggestions based on what you were looking for. Our dinner at the steak restaurant was especially great since my husband had dropped some money while we were there and our server Arturo noticed him looking for it and said he found it and turned it into security. We appreciated his candor and added it to his tip! 10/10 for the entire staff here! Everyone was friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We did not want to leave! We will be back!!

Mani was an amazing entertainer we had a blast at Pictionary and looking forward to pool volleyball!!!!! The resort itself is amazing but people like him make the experience so special. Cannot wait to back

My boyfriend and I stayed at Secrets the Vine for 6 days/5 nights for our first trip to Cancun. Upon checking in, we were offered a room upgrade which came with access to a VIP lounge and private concierge service. Our room was amazing with beautiful views of the beach and city from the balcony. The concierge service was one of the best parts of the stay. Mario, in particular, was super friendly and helpful and was easily accessible to help with any recommendations for activities and food. He helped make our stay very special. The pool and cabanas with direct access to the beach was also great. We also enjoyed the gym which had views of the beach. The food was hit or miss. Dragons, Nebbiolo, the Market Cafe for lunch buffet, as well as the pool side food were great. We did not really enjoy the other dining options we tried there. Room service was also pretty good. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return!
