    Comped rooms and food but got charged every night of stay. Even after checkout on 7/29, still got charged for that night. Got $0 invoice after checkout but surprised Billings for room, food, resort fees on 7/30. Got charged for daily resort fee but internet was not working. They said charges were comped or credited back, instead they took them out from our Rewards Credits. That’s so dishonest!

    A true disappointment

    Well things started off good, until Bally’s showed it’s true colors this evening. Staying a week, then 2 days in we called about our room not cooling to the set temp. They sent up a nice mechanic, checked it and set it to 60 saying it’ll work better than the standard 65. Third day (today) we kept the air at 60 the whole day and night, came back into the room and it was 70. Called the desk again, they sent a mechanic again, said it’s as good as it can be even though his temp gun said it was 70 in the room. He left and said he’d tell management. Front desk gave us another room, but without the strip view (even though that was the booking I paid for online). Walked in and it was not clean, let alone sanitized like it said it was on the red tape before entering. The floors were dirty and there was a large white powder substance in the middle of it, along with the horrible strong odor of men’s aftershave. Went back to the front desk explaining and the manager was full of attitude toward me, basically saying my first room was fine, but he’s “not going to argue with me”. Stuck in another room, 11pm at night, and know that I will never stay at Bally’s again.

    Did not have room I reserved. Needed towells never came. very unhappy. Expe ted better fro a Ceasers property.Employees were friendly ho we ever were working hard. Seemed to lack additional employees to help

    Worst ever, really gone down the tubes

    Don’t do it! This used to be a great place to stay. Horrible. Other great things about the weekend but hotel was the worst. Check in was a nightmare, the staff was totally unprepared and extremely rude. The clientele was way way below what it used to be. This hotel has gone down the tubes. Will say that housekeeping was very very nice. For the room when we got to it the tv was on and blaring. The refrigerator did not work, new replacement fridge was so cold that everything froze beyond usable. The people selling the timeshares were so pushy and stood so close to you they blocked your path when you tried to say no thank you. The security was very rude and gestapo-like. Most likely because most of the clientele was really low class people. Don’t do it. Pick another hotel. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    False info given prior to arrival, sink clogged with barf.

    Numerous false info was given on phone and Twitter Messaging (1) Booked a Jubilee strip view high floor directly with Caesars, Jubilee Tower not opened. Assigned a Resort Tower lower floor with a great view of the parking garage (2) Told the pool was open for our stay (they knew the days we booked), it's only open Thurs -Sun. (3) Previous occupants barfed in sink, clogged it (salad regurgitation spewing out of drain while brushing my teeth was not pleasant), over 24 hours (2 phone calls, 1 in person at front desk) before maintenance came to fix it. I fully understand they just reopened and need to work out glitches, but giving false info and rooms that are open not being maintained is nothing more than incompetency.
