Good location but poor service
paulbR8163EF (Mandurah, Australia) on Apr 19, 2024
The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s right in the centre of the Las Vegas strip with many of the main attractions within easy walking distance. We had room (10048) overlooking the pool on the 10th floor and it was a decent size, but could have done with a little more TLC as its decor is a little jaded, but apart from the house phone everything worked fine. Be aware there is no tea/coffee making facilities and you’ll get charged for hot water for your room, but it’s what you’d expect from the rip off capitol of America. The room was cleaned well each day but don’t expect much by way of customer service as this hotel was seriously lacking in that respect.
Good overall

The staff was very good and friendly. Room was small and not a perfect hotel but casino floor is nice and room was comfortable. Getting around hotel is easy and central location to all of the strip and located near bus line for easy travel downtown
Sketch employees

Sketch AF valet employee. Told us there were no taxi cabs available and then and offered us a ride for $50... in his friend's car... was aggressive when we said no and we will wait for a licensed taxi. We we're directed to a line in which a cab directly picked us up and we paid roughly $10 to get to our hotel two casinos down ??
Amazing hotel right on the strip

Amazing hotel. Very clean and amazing staff. Would definitely come back. The tables minimum are great. Low enough where you can sit down and play for awhile.
Pictures are deceiving!

They show it online as 2 double rooms. 3 adults in 1 room is not comfortable at all. We were told at check in that the beds were small but nowhere online does it state this. I would call down for a put up but the phone in the room does not work!!! We are tired and misinformed and been tried to sell an upgrade on something that we should have been told before.
