Nowhere Near Paris

Sam P (San Jose, California) on Apr 20, 2024

A bit disappointed. Upgraded my room the the Versailles Tower only to find out it was a mile walk and the room was really located at the Horseshoe Casino next door. Room was nice but one whiff and could tell someone had smoked in it. Back to the registration line and after waiting an hour to get to the front was offered a “petite suite” for an extra $35 per night. Room overlooked the roofs, no view and I believe it was for disabled person. Bed needed a new mattress as it was depressed on one side AND the deadbolt did sit go into the strike plate. Also ,could hear the voices next door. Did not have the energy to go back. I even gave the registration person a $20 tip. I will never stay here again.

Awesome Paris, Las Vegas vacation.

Bob H (Labrador City, Canada) on Apr 19, 2024

We spend 8 nights at the hotel and everything was exceptional. The room, the very friendly lady at the front desk (Niki) who helped us after we had an issue with our first room. She was very professional, empathetic and courteous. Very pleased. Would definitely stay here again.

Run down and gross.

Kim P on Apr 19, 2024

Carpets had either blood or paint stains on the carpet. Day of check out water was turned off on our floor and up to fix something and we were never made aware. The front desk woman was extremely rude when I called to find out an ETA when it would be back on and told to call the spa and ask if we would use their showers. This was at 10am and ETA for water to be turned back on was 2-3pm. I asked for a refund on my late checkout fee as we were not going to stay in a room with no water and the front desk woman gave me $20 back as if she was doing me the biggest favor. I would absolutely never go back here the rooms look NOTHING like the photos!

You asked

Ken B (Southington, Connecticut) on Apr 18, 2024

The bar tenders, waitress were very friendly we had a great experience. We had dinner at the Gabi excellent. The only issue I had was the 25dollar early check in fee. That seems unnecessary we traveled cross country to get there. My friend has a hard time walking and he could not wait 2 hrs to go to our room. If a room is available why do you have to charge extra . you asked so I letting you know. Thanks Ken Berkmoes.

First-timer in Vegas, loved Paris !

BahiaMtl (Montreal, Canada) on Apr 16, 2024

After reading the reviews here, I was expecting to be disappointed but was not at all. I loved this place ! Waited in line for check-in (+- 20 minutes at 11:30 pm). We were nice to the person who served us and got a great upgrade to a “P” room (mini-suite): bigger room, bigger bathroom, walk in closet (but no view whatsoever). Shout out to Kat for her outstanding service. The room was clean (but still room for improvement) and smelled good. The casino doesn’t stink of cigarette smoke but as the day goes by, it gets more and more smoky in there. The grounds of the casino are spotless clean. The location is the best there is on the strip: right in front of the Bellagio fountains, next door to many cheap eats at the Miracle Mile Mall (Planet Hollywood). Walking into several casinos on the strip, we noticed they all have a different air sanitizer smell. The one at Paris was the least annoying one, smelling light and fresh (same for the rooms). It might sound silly but a very strong unappealing perfume smell can get annoying with time (hello Mirage!). It wasn’t the case at Paris. Also loved the pool. It’s big, it has lots of free loungers and you can bring your own drink as long as it is not in a glass container. They have music playing in speakers that are spread out around the place but it’s not blasting (hello Flamingo!), only makes for a relaxed feel. The pool water is heated but I don’t think it even needed to be as it is shallow and exposed to the sun all afternoon (when we were there, the water was almost too warm – I estimate +90°). I would go back to Paris in a heartbeat. Best value for money (we got a very good price).
