    Tried to tell me my room was sold out!

    I have stayed here at least 10 times and the last two times they have tried to tell me that I didn't book the room I said I did. I only use the Venetian web site NO third party. Just not a great way to greet returning guests. Other than that it would be a five star!

    The Palazzo Disappoints

    I’ve stayed at the Venetian before and am very familiar with the resort. This trip was made during the COVID environment so the resort fees seemed outrageous since very few amenities were available. The breakfast to go was pathetic. Had to call twice for the room to be serviced. Long lines at the elevators to get to your room or parking garage. We will probably stay elsewhere in the future.

    I've stayed at this hotel over a dozen of times. Last experience was disastrous. I arrived 1pm trying to get an early check-in, they rejected but offered one if I upgraded my room for 50 something a night. I declined and they assured that by 3pm or before they will text me to notify that my room was ready. I went elsewhere and waited until 5pm, no notification, call nor text. When I tried to get the room for second time, the lady said that they had enough rooms available since early morning. There are many reviews with the same complain... seems they are making this a hotel policy in detriment of their guests. For me, no recognition or even a welcome back for being a loyal guest during so many times. Besides that... What happens to staff? all of them seem to be in a bad mood all the time!

    Amazing time! A must stay!

    We had an amazing stay at the Palazzo! The convenience of our hotel to the casinos, shops and mall made our trip worthwhile. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary valet and free self-parking, which reduced the additional expenses of our trip. We were able to enjoy great restaurants, like Yardbird, etc. without leaving the building.

    They say “early check in” but it isn’t a thing

    Don’t believe they offer an early check in. They don’t. I sat around for 5 hours with an 18 month old waiting for a room. It wasn’t until I went back for the 2nd time and complained that I got a room.
