Blanc Pizza

Blanc Pizza has been our favorite "Go to" for lunch daily. We've eaten there at least 5 days out of the past 10. Rigoberto, Carlos & Judith have taken great care of us, always making sure our pizza is extra crispy, and bringing us the extras (sauce & red pepper flakes). The chopped salad with the orange/honey dressing is my favorite at the entire resort.

Great Trip as usual the Staff are so attentive . Front Trini our butler to the activity staff around the pool and aqua aerobics with Daniel . Restaurant server top notch Oliver in the Italian was amazing

Luxury at its finest

This was part business part Anniversary trip. The property is absolute beautiful. We had the great fortune to be on the 10th floor corner room. The view was spectacular. Our butler Trinidad AKA “Trini”took care of our every need. He went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. All of the staff were great. The food and entertainment were very good as well. If you want to be pampered this is the place to be.

Awesome Week

We had a very relaxing week and were taken care of so well. Beautiful resort with great service. Can't say enough positives about the service we received. Our honorable mentions - Caesar and Juan-towel and pool service, Ruth-Blanc, Pablo-server at pool, and Escabar at Yama - they went out of their way for us!

We had a pleasant experience at Le Blanc and enjoyed many of the amenities offered. The only sour part of the experience was the pool ushers and check out. Waiters at the pool constantly forget your drink or mix up the order. But the big disaster was checking out. The night before we had to depart, our butler arranged a complimentary shuttle to the airport and the bell hop would get our bags. The next morning, we go down to get our shuttle and our bags are nowhere to be found. We wait. About 30 minutes later, our bags finally arrive downstairs. However, now we are not on the list of the shuttle. The shuttle is full and apparently nothing they can do. I show the whatsapp messages to the bell hop and the check out guy and the valet guy and they all agree, I should have had transportation but wasn't on the list. They tell us to wait and figure out the miscommunication. Meanwhile, nobody actually offers a different ride, or taxi or anything. Largely ignore us while they "try to figure out the problem". Clock is ticking to get to airport, so I finally just order an uber myself that I had to pay for. They assure me they will rectify the situation and look into what happened. Never heard from them again. I had to spend the $50 (which isn't the point) all the while they scurry around and try to sale you additional future trips... maybe take care of your current customers first? Poor poor communication and organization on both check in and check out.
