Nobu Hotel Los Cabos

Nobu Hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The service from the entire staff was top notch, especially our personal concierge, Alan, he went above and beyond to book every experience we were interested in both on and off property. The food is very pricey but worth it, my favorite restaurant on the property was Nobu restaurant.

We stayed at Nobu Los Cabos from 3/26 to 4/2 2021. From the moment we arrived at the property we were blown away by the treatment of the staff! From Marco the valet/bellhop greeting us at our car to the check in process everything felt like we were the most important people at the resort. Ricardo was assigned as our ambassador and he was very attentive and helpful without being overbearing or annoying. I would normally get a text once a day asking if there was anything we needed and we could text him at any time for any reason and he would make it happen! We tried all of the restaurants at the hotel and while all were great we didn't love Ardea the steakhouse. We are used to Capital Grille/Mastros type steakhouses and this one just didn't deliver the flavor. The atmosphere was great but the food at Ardea was just ok. Aside from Ardea I have nothing but compliments to give to the entire property and all of the staff (and the staff at Ardea was great as well, we just didn't love the food). Malibu Farm was right outside the front door of our room and we ate there every morning of our trip. We were served by either Kimberly or Carlos every day and those two are at the top of their game. And the blackberry smoothies at Malibu Farm are worth the cost of the trip by themselves! Since our room was a swim up room we spent most of our pool time in the pacific pool. Sergio was the gentleman that took care of us every day while in the pool and once again made us feel like the most important people at the resort. He would always seem to notice us the minute we stepped into the water and would have a cabana with towels and bottled water ready for us. He even learned our favorite food and drink items by the third day and would have those for us without us needing to ask. And what's a stay at Nobu without eating at Nobu! We ate there twice during our trip and both times were absolutely amazing. We have eaten at Nobu in NYC and LA so we are familiar with their menu and this one did not disappoint. And the views of the sunset from the outside dining at Nobu have to be some of the best on the island! We also set up a whale watching excursion with the Sunrider 100! I'll share more about that in a review of the ship but it's probably the most amazing thing I've ever done on a vacation. We spent over an hour within 50' of three humpback whales and watched them play and breach like we weren't even there. On our last day at the hotel we received a knock at our room door and were greeted with a bottle of champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries with a handwritten note from Ricardo. This was the perfect ending to a perfect family vacation :)

My partner and I booked this resort to try to relax and enjoy good food. The experience felt like a true escape from the busy modern world to a romantic vision of a Japanese paradise. From the wonderful food to the amazingly attentive service to the beautiful atmosphere, Nobu does not disappoint. We want to give a special shout-out to our wonderful concierge Alexis who answered our endless questions and handled all of our reservations. We also want to give a shout-out to Ricardo who helped us get situated and always seemed to have a great smile which filled us with joy. Finally, we want to give a special shout-out to the entire staff who kept our room consistently clean and even found a book that I misplaced. We will definitely be back. P.S There's a great gym and I actually think we left the vacation in better shape than when we started!

My experience at the hotel was amazing. The whole staff is amazing and they’re always trying to make you feel at home. The Playabar is amazing if you want to spend the whole day at the pool, they have a delicious food menu and a wide variety of drinks.

I’ve been to Cabo numerous times but first time here at the Nobu resort. I have never experienced such amazing hospitality until my visit here at this resort. Super modern, I had no issue checking in and they offer concierge where they would escort you to/from wherever you would like to go. I met Jonathon and he made my experience so memorable. He recommended the steakhouse and helped me make reservations. Jonathon went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely come back with more friends and family!!
