We stayed here with a group of 8 people and had a great time relaxing by the pool, enjoying good meals together, playing beach games and relaxing at the spa. Alan was our server most days at the pool and he was AWESOME! They were able to accommodate our group of 8 for dinners, no problem. It was a great time!

The views were amazing, room was really great, food was really good. Having a choice of pools was perfect since some were party pools and some quiet. Staff was excellent. Would have no complaints for the money except that you can't swim in the ocean because of the rip tides & they hound you with buying a timeshare.

We stayed at this resort for our honeymoon. It was our very first trip to Cabo, and after extensive searches and reading hundreds of reviews, we landed on Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and we are very glad we did! We chose to stay in the Towers as they seemed to offer a bit more and the pictures of the rooms looked a little newer. Upon arrival, very late as our flight got delayed, we were greeted with a very friendly staff and bell boy who escorted us to our room. Being we were on our honeymoon, our butler, Stephano, had decorated our room for us with rose petals which was super nice and a great surprise! Since we were there so late and starving, we ordered room service which was easy to order and quickly delivered! We did the all inclusive option which allowed us access to restaurants not only to our resort, but restaurants at the other locations in Cabo which was nice to have options. Staying in the Towers allows access to the VIP lounge which was very private and an excellent place to whale watch, especially in the morning. They don’t have as many options as the other breakfast location, Siempre, but it also wasn’t as chaotic as it didn’t have a buffet open to everyone. It really depends on what you’re looking for. There are only 3 dedicated restaurants physically on the resort, so if you’re looking for more options, you’ll have to take a quick shuttle to the other locations. The food was good every restaurant we went to and the staff was always very attentive. The staff at this facility was, like I mentioned before, was always very friendly and professional. The only negative was when received our bracelets for the all inclusive benefits, there was small sales pitch to offer a breakfast for us at a sister resort. This I knew, from reading reviews, was a sales pitch for time shares. We declined the breakfast and felt like it didn’t make since to be trapped when getting our wristbands to be asked about this. Other than this, everyone was great. Stephano, our butler at the towers checked in with us every morning to help us with whatever we needed. He even made all of our dinner reservations woof us which was very helpful and allowed us to not have to think about doing it. He even went as far to figure out if one of the bars were going to be presenting the Conner McGregor UFC fight (which they were), so we were thankful for that! All in all, our time spent at this resort was very nice! Out by the pool, we were lucky enough to have Alan serve us every day. Being out by the pool, and it being so warm, he was always right over to check if we needed any refills on our drinks or any food! We never had to wait very long for any service, he was super quick! All in all this resort was great. I will say it is pretty low key. During the day, the pools are pretty chill for the most part unless there’s a louder group and everything winds down around 9-10 pm which is great if your looking for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for more of a party scene that goes into the wee hours of the morning, this resort might not be for you. It is about a 15 min drive to downtown Cabo, which could be a hassle to some, but it was fine for us. You also can’t swim in the ocean at this resort as it’s very dangerous water, but again, you can take a shuttle to their other locations to do so. It was great getting back to this resort at the end of the day though, it’s definitely the nicest out of all of their locations!

A wonderful stay at PB Pacifica for 8 days. The Towers all inclusive with VIP lounge was luxurious and highly recommended: including private bar. Our Butler Gabriel was wonderfully helpful: booked us a table for arrival evening, and helped us with lots of arrangements and getting hard to get dining reservations. It was lovely seeing his sunny smile and warm greeting each day, and he was always checking on our plans and anything he could do to help. On the last day he confirmed our transportation and was there to see us off. Thank you Gabriel! Dining was excellent at Peninsula, Siempre, and at La Frida at Sunset. Exceeded expectations.

    Thank you Feliciano!!

My wife and I stayed at Pacifica in October 2017 and Feliciano was our butler and he was awesome then and awesome now! We are planning a trip in July 2020 and I texted him today to ask him to help me with a dinner reservation, he responded immediately and set us up for our upcoming trip. We haven't seen him in two years and he jumped to help us. What can I day but thank you Feliciano, he was so good to us before and has not forgotten us. I want to Express my gratitude to him, he always has gone above and beyond our expectations. Tbe resort has a very special person, Feliciano is a true treasure and asset to the resort. They are lucky to have him. Thank you again and see you in July!!
