The Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall has started a storm drain improvement project on April 2, 2024 with an expected completion date of April 26, 2024.
The first area of focus will be the Zilara driveway. However, this will not affect any of the rooms or resort amenities offered to guests. To ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests will be checked in at Hyatt Ziva, as the driveway from the Tennis Court down will be blocked off.
Although some noise will be heard, all efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

Won the trip with my employer. This is our 3rd visit to Jamaica. The employees at the Hyatt are simply amazing! MUST hang with Oshin pool side and have her play zuma zuma with you! So fun. Reggae dancing, water aerobics, and then the Ironman challenge! Must eat at Petit Pariz and get the ribeye. Hubby is a steak snob and mouth literally watered at it!

Chef Casecia at Urban Heat restaurant truly deserves a 10 star rating. Each dish was expertly crafted, presented, and served with a smile. The flavors were bold, fresh, and innovative, showcasing a mastery of culinary techniques. Casecia attention to detail and dedication to using only the finest ingredients resulted in a truly unforgettable dining experience.
