From the staff to the multiple lounges on multiple floors to the accessibility of restaurants, bars, and shopping, this was a home run for us. The view from the 24th floor gave us a great cityscape at night in the room was incredibly cozy and clean

We have stayed at several 5-star hotels in Lower Broadway in downtown Nashville, and our new favorite hotel is the Renaissance Nashville Hotel! It's elegant lobby and fresh hotel rooms are very attractive. What's more attractive is the outstanding customer service - from the front desk staff, to the bellmen, to the staff in the Club Lounge room - everyone was exceptionally kind. There is also a walkway by the ballrooms that puts you in the middle of the outdoor mall, steps away from the Ryman/Bridgestone Arena, and the heart of Lower Broadway. We come to Nashville about once/year, and I know where we look forward to coming back to - the Renaissance!!

Nice standard Marriott Renaissance in downtown easily accessible to shopping, restaurants, and concerts. Hotel is nice but the rooms are dated and the beds were just average. Staff were friendly. BEWARE- you will hear road noise and party noise from the streets below regardless of how high up you are. We heard cars and people all night causing us not to sleep well even with a fan on.

Renaissance Hotel is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Nashville. The southern hospitality was in full effect as the minute we pulled up the Valets were so attentive and helpful. Upon entering the lobby to check in, I was quickly taken care of by Kate and treated so professionally and warmly. The gentlemen who took our bags to our room, Fares, was so kind and went above and beyond by bringing us complimentary waters and offering us his assistance taking care of all our needs. The staff here at Renaissance hotel along with the aesthetic of the lobby area and rooms are what have solidified us into being a lifetime customer. 10/10 highly recommended

I have been a loyal Marriott member for many years. I have always enjoyed the high quality that the hotels offer and the high quality people that work there. Marriott has made that the standard that I expect every time. I came to Nashville for a conference and stayed at the Renaissance which was my second time staying here. During this stay I met Enrique who was the host of the Club Lounge. Enrique was a natural in that I would look for him in the morning to have a short chat just to start my day. He is extremely professional in demeanor and impeccably dressed. I told him that I was running for office within my organization and that the process went on over the past year and I would find out the results that day. He asked me if I was going to celebrate. I did tell him win or lose I would celebrate with friends. He made a suggestion and helped me to get access to a wonderful club that was not loud but sophisticated and fun. My friends and I had a great time and met some wonderful people there including the servers/bartenders. It was a memorable evening and we owe it all to Enrique. I will not forget him and I am so grateful. He is a shining star.
