Amazing and close to Disney

We stayed here for our California holiday as 4 adults and loved it! The layout of a bedroom with 2 queens, 2 bathrooms and then another room with 2 queens is perfect for a family of 4 adults! Gives you privacy and space but still together. I wish more hotels did rooms like this! From our room we could see the back of Disney which just added to the excitement! A perfect hotel for Disney stays, about 10 minutes max walk to the park. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or a nicer hotel! Loved it and would highly recommend!

Wonderful staff. Nice pool with hot tub. Great breakfast. They even made a towel elephant for my daughter one day. Very accommodating. We really liked the hotel. Hallways were quiet. Beds were comfortable. The whole place was impeccably clean. It was great.

The hotel was great. Clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. However the room they put us in (first floor room 116) was right next to an exit door and the parking lot. We had people coming in and out all hours of the night and day. It was extremely loud! We (including our toddler) did not get one good nights rest in the 5 days we were there. Overall it was a good stay but didn't like paying as much as we did for that experience.

Love the location, easy to walk to Disneyland or take an Uber. It's our 2nd time staying here, but over 30 years of Good Neighbor hotels, the Desert Palms has become my favorite. Convenient location, love that there's a bar and restaurant and free breakfast. Friendly staff and very comfortable beds. I always recommend this hotel to others.

Disneyland during Covid-19

From Check-in to Check-out the staff could not have been more attentive and informative. Loved the lay-out of the room which allowed everyone to have some me time. The Corona virus was hitting hard but the staff rose to the occasion and we felt safe . The distance to Disneyland was a very doable and delightful walk Centrally located near many restaurants and coffee shops makes the location of the Desert Palms perfect. I would highly recommend a stay when you are in the area.
