    Disappointing hotel....

Room is odd layout; toilet and closet share a door. The door that separate living room and bedroom cannot be closed because doors are bigger than the entrance. A/C and heater was noisy. Kitchen door no thigh because my 2.5 years old can open easily (scary to see that). Front desk was not helpful and don’t care of guest. I lost one of my diamond earring in my car, since it was late (8pm) and my phone was only at 5% battery life, I went to front desk and ask to borrow their flash light. The girl said she need to call her engineer and he will have to come with me. I said okay, I sat there, waited for 15 minutes, went back and ask if someone will come soon; the front desk girl said I should wait and turn back laughing with her peers. I wait for another 5 minutes then left since nobody came. I went up to my room, charge my phone to 50% and go back to my car to look and found my earring. Long story short, will not come back here. Better choice elsewhere. I wish I can upload video of how noisy the AC/heater.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit Disneyland over New Years. Only a 10 minute walk to Disney entrance so very convenient. Very modern with breakfast included which was handled very well considering the crowds. More like a convention hotel but we had an enormous 2 bedroom apartment which was stunning however because you are in Disney all day it was a bit wasted. There did not seem to be a restaurant at night which would have been good

We stayed here for a Disney trip with a 9, 7, &3 year old. Couldn’t have met all our needs more perfectly. We got a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa. Plenty of space for all 5 of us. The room and entire hotel was very clean. Staff was awesome-friendly, prompt, cared about our experience. Location was great. 10 minute walk to the park entrance. Free breakfast every morning was very good. Always a big selection and they were well able to accommodate the rush of people trying to eat before heading to the parks. Huge hot tub! Pool was also warm enough for our kids to swim middle of January, even when it was only 60 degrees outside.

Overall I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were well set out, spacious and had everything needed to support a family. The location was walking distance to everything you need and nothing was too much trouble for the staff if you asked. Well done and see you next time.

After reading tons of reviews we selected this hotel for our first ever Family Disney vacation. We were not disappointed. We loved the hotel so much that we have already rebooked a return trip this summer. The location is ideal (15 minute walk to the gates with kids), the rooms are generous (standard two queen suite slept all five of us), the breakfast is plentiful and well run, the staff is pleasant and accommodating and the pool area is super fun (no water slide, but it’s on the roof!!). You won’t find a better family hotel off Disney property (and Disney hotels don’t come with free breakfast folks).
