    Parking was easy. Morning buffet was good selection. Room was comfortable, a little chilly when we arrived, but, the temp control was easy to figure out, and worked like a charm. Our tv was not set up for cable, I called and they sent someone up right away.

    I love it here, I bought time share here!!! We bring family and friends. Literally a 5 minute drive to Disney Springs, and I was at Universal Studios within 30 minutes. I look forward to spending many more family vacations here.

    So let’s start this off by saying I’ve stayed at both Sheraton Vistana Villages and Sheraton Vistana Resort numerous times over the past 16 years. When we come, we also stay for two weeks just like we did this time. Both have gone downhill big time over the years. This time the Villa was dirty. The master tub was dirty with soap scum and hair, one of the bathroom sinks was filthy with toothpaste spit, there was a few things left behind from the previous people (chapstick, sock, fast food soft drink cup, shampoo & conditioner). The cabinets and dining chairs are all sticky, the “faces” of the appliances are all dirty. There were tiny ants near kitchen sinK and one of the bedroom windows. I did call to complain & they did the bare minimum (cleaned the sink and changed the pillow cases that had hair on them.) On top of this the girl that handled our check in requests (they ask ahead of time Villa preference etc) as a means to assign someone to you to try and get you to come get their “welcome package” and sign up for their owners meeting. I declined the meeting after seeing how disgusting the villa was. I mean really why would I want to hear anything about what these guys are doing with their properties when they can’t even clean properly. And her response was “Well I did put you in one Villa for the two weeks so you wouldn’t have to move, so you should at least come to the meeting.” Uhm I don’t owe you people anything. I am an owner and that should warrant respect and appreciation. I shouldn’t have to attend a meeting to earn respect. Sorry 150$ to attend a two hour meeting isn’t worth my time. Oh I forgot to mention the nice big roach that welcomed me in the kitchen when I woke up one morning. The clientele at both properties gives it a pretty ghetto vibe as well. There’s no employees supervising anything going on at the pool. People smoking blunts at the pool and passing out in lawn chairs, people blasting music on portable speakers over the music that Sheraton already has playing at the pool, teenage girls twerking before they jump in the pool....lots of unsupervised children. We won’t be back! EWW!

    My sister in law is an owner and comes to Vistana once a year and we pay to stay here when she comes. We requested weeks in advance to be close to each other and the best they could do was 3 building away!!! We both requested and they even told her when she arrived before us that we were in her building but upon check in that was not the case. They gave her the wrong kind of rooms she was supposed to have. There was big palmetto bug alive in one of the rooms! Our tub didn’t hold water and the jacuzzi had brown dirt come out once my son finished in it. That wasn’t the first time that happened either while staying here! This was not our first bad experience but I tried to give the benefit of the doubt since she was coming also but again was highly disappointed. We used to love coming here but the last 2 times have been upsetting enough to not come back! No one even tried to rectify the situation either!!!

    This is a beautiful property and an excellent choice for a fabulous family vacation. The villas are well maintained and beautifully appointed. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Lenora (La La) Anderson in security for her excellent tips about the area. We really appreciated her thoughtful suggestions and her enthusiasm for her job. What a great representative of the Marriott Bonvoy community!
