We visited over spring break with a family of 4, two adults and two teenagers. We absolutely loved this hotel. Our stay was three nights and could have stayed longer. The property was well run, staff was accommodating and the facilities were clean. The pool area had a pool, lazy river and flowrider. There were basketball, baseball, pickleball and ping pong for the kids. It is a beautiful property and plan to return for a longer stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the Westin Kierland. They had clean rooms that were maintained daily, even with high occupancy. Kudos to the cleaning staff. All facilities operated flawlessly. The staff were all polite and accommodating. The hotel's grounds, lobby, and dining areas were beautifully designed and picturesque. Overall, this stay ranks among my most memorable hotel experiences. (The only con is that during a couple of small corporate networking events during my stay in early April, the bar supervisor was vocal and adamant about the upcoming drink cutoff times, well before the actual deadline, which was somewhat off-putting (I mean, we get it)). I recommend Westin Kierland to anyone staying in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for more than a couple of nights.

My husband, 4 year old, and I went to the Westin Kierland for Spring Break this year. It was a fabulous hotel for families with a great pool, lazy river, slide, tubes, and smores every night! The pool staff were attentive and quick, and getting a chair was NOT hard unlike the reviews we read prior to visiting. They have a playground with ping pong tables, giant chess etc, and then basketball, pickleball, and a wiffle ball derby field. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated right next to Kierland commons. We walked over there twice to eat, and got a shuttle one evening when it was raining. Super convenient! We ordered room service one morning which was fast and yummy. My son has a tree nut allergy and the hotel was careful while handling his food. The golf course is gorgeous, although we didn’t play during this visit. The spa was nice as well. It’s not as luxurious as some others in town, but the prenatal massage I received was great! My son was enamored with the rattlesnake and Gila monster that are located in the lobby. The bagpiper was a nice touch as well! I highly recommend the Westin Kierland for a family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Booked a casita with points. The room was ample for me, my wife, and our two girls (10 & 11 yo). They slept comfortably on the pull out couch and we enjoyed being right next to the lazy river pool. The pool was definitely their favorite part. We sprung for a daybed our last full day which was so worth it. Was able to get out of the sun and maximize our time poolside. Plenty of options to choose from at breakfast and the staff was very attentive. The shopping district right next door was a big plus, as we spent half a day over there and enjoyed lunch at True Food.

My family had an incredible experience here. The staff was so friendly, everything was very well kept, they provided lots of fun activities for the whole family, and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed catching a ride to and from dinner on the golf carts. Overall a great trip and we hope to come back!
