did not like it at all. Employees were rude since we stepped in the hotel. I will not come back to this hotel never. I feel sorry with my family because i was the one who picked this hotel and ruined our vacations this year going to thia hotel. Please think twice before going to this hotel.

First and foremost, I'd like to start by saying that I am not an avid "All-Inclusive" traveler, and I am a first timer visiting Punta Cana. This resort is on an extremely beautiful beach, however, this is standard anywhere you stay in the area. The resort itself is very large. Walking from one side to the other, as a fit male in my 30's, was not easy - especially during the heat of the day. They have transportation, but where it stops and picks up guests is very questionable and ends up taking quite a bit of time to do the entire loop. The biggest issue on my end was the food. When I say it was bad - it was almost inedible. The one major concern with the food is their "app" which is used to book the restaurants. I think it is the worst aspect of this place and many others made comments which I ignored because thought they were just incompetent and old. Staff was friendly for the most part - but everyone wanted or expected tips. The bellboys were probably the most ridiculous - specifically a guy named Pedro. I wanted to get a taxi to drive, he thought I didn't speak or understand Spanish, and I overheard him telling the driver what to charge me so that he could make money from the trip. They wanted $25 USD for a 13-minute drive. I am aware that cabs are expensive, but he took advantage thinking I didn't understand him. The checkout guy (older gentleman), Esteban, was another complete jerk who was extremely disrespectful and basically brushed me off when I asked him some for assistance and said, "I'm too busy". Finally, upon arrival, with my 6-month old, who breast feeds and needs to have milk in the fridge, the fridge was not working. I called immediately as my mother was staying on the site and I knew that it was broken in comparison to hers and everyone kept saying "it is not a fridge - it is a cooling box" in order to not have the issue resolved. Finally, about mid-way through day 4 it was replaced and worked well for the remainder. Overall, it was an experience, however, not one I intend to repeat in the near future. I think the resort itself is nice, rooms were large, the staff was friendly (if you tipped) for the most part, however, the food and customer service when issues arise are extremely lacking. I would not recommend this resort to anyone I know.

Hotel is very clean.. staff are very friendly .. It was my daughter birthday .. every one was very nice especially Ana Iris and the restaurant managers, the chefs .. everyone was so kind .. beaches are very clean and nice .. food is good.. do not eat at the mexican restaurant Hacienda, bad food & unfriendly staff.. Peacocks all around the resort.. icecream truck.. night life .. family pool.. very good resort for families with young kids.. Difinetly recommend and I will be back..
