This has been my best Birthday gift ever.. My cousin's wedding was incredible and beautiful. Had such a great time....

Wonderful resort, great beach and pools. Staff very friendly and overall a great trip. We had a lot of fun walking around this huge property with 4 different resorts. You can use all the facilities at 3 of the 4 resorts so we swam in all the pools, hit most all the bars, had a great time.

First room never cooled down and sleep was horrible, needed to change rooms for second night as technician came 3 times and couldn’t fix. Second room cooled good however needed to call and have tech come 5 times to fix toilet not flushing. All rooms have a combination hydro-tub & shower. To just take a shower a wood step is provided and is a chore and unsafe getting in and out. Grab bar was loose and pulled out of wall. And the worst design ever as water cannot drain back into tub and becomes a moat as it collects and need to use towels to keep off floor and then clean out to avoid added humidity in room. Staff was mostly all super good to try and make up for the issues and sent out bottle of champagne and fruit plate, so staff was great for sure & grounds are beautiful.

Love this place! It’s a palace on the beach, the food, both buffet and reserved restaurants, is really tasty - something for everyone. The staff is friendly and we loved the beaches and the pools. The rooms are clean and comfortable, we stayed in a swim up room and had an amazing view! Will definitely return.

The grounds on this resort are beautiful and well maintained. The room we had at the Palace was renovated and overall beautiful with the exception of the tub. The tub needs to be replaced with a walk in shower. A few highlights - if travelling with Expedia, you definitely want to have Cesar as your concierge! He is amazing!! He has only worked there a short time but his service is phenomenal! He checked on us daily and was quick to help with all requests. He even booked reservations at the a la cartes in advance to ensure we got all the busy ones. We returned home to get a personal message by text ensuring we returned safely and hoping we would come back again. He’s a five star employee for sure!! William at the pool bar outside Poseidon goes above and beyond to make you feel like family and Jose Luis at the beach bar nearest the Palace was also a pleasure!!
