Please read below. I have retyped this. This is about Candido Gutierrez. Also Alvaro. The best butlers ever!! They show so much compassion and appreciation during such hard times as COVID. Thank you!!

I want to preface this review by saying Luis Loya is amazing . The all inclusive is not truly an AI when you cannot order alcohol via room service . Why? The food was excellent but way too many up charges . This resort is very large so bring your waking shoes . We were 4 couples and had 4 casitas suites and on our 2nd day the hot water went down . One couple opted to move but the others stayed and the resort got the hot water back in a day . All in all I would like to return to this resort again post Covid . Please address your All Inclusive policies and get better wine . Nickelodeon is opening a themed resort on this property in June . Thanks again for everything Luis .

Had a wonderful visit! First time here. All the staff were wonderful. Covid protocols were superb! Free covid testing onsite. We did our own diving with a local dive shop we used before. We did go to Marmora for the camel ride...loved it! Bit of a lack of communication on a birthday package I had bought for my partner. Cake was tiny. We decided not to buy a “time share” since we travel other places and it wouldn’t pay. We will be back though.

Second time we have come here. This time I proposed to my girlfriend of 4 years. Absolutely incredible job by the staff discreetly preparing a private candle lit diner on the beach. Butlers Alvaro Cano, Berenice, and Rafael did an amazing job making this special night a top priority and it went off perfectly. The chefs prepared an unbelievable dessert with a ring in an edible chocolate box on a bed of raspberries, surpassed all my expectations. The food here is mostly very good for an all inclusive and the staff takes great care of the guests. Will hopefully be back soon.

We had a great time. The food and service was wonderful. Our butlers Rafa and Bene also made our time more valuable as they scheduled everything for us. Even Room service. Now the spa that is another story. I went in and asked for specials. They told me they had a massage, facial special for $300 and a deluxe mani and pedi for $91. I booked it. On the day the mani pedi price increased by $81. The male masseuse was awesome, but the mani and pedi fell short. No massage, polish was gone in 3 days. Later that day I learned there are specials on the app., I was not told those regular mani pedi $129, and the massage facial mix was also lower priced. I always schedule on my trips, but never again for this spa. Outside of that I hands down would return. Scheduled in June and am taking friends.
