This place is magical! The resort is well set up and the staff has thought of everything. McCarthy was awesome - he connected us with great tour guides and was always a step ahead of any questions we may have. The food is delicious and the lengthy drink menu covered everything. Serenity strikes a great balance between quiet relaxation, entertainment, incredible staff, and a beautiful backdrop. We cannot wait to be back!

I simply cannot say enough great things about this property! I have travelled the world and have never been to a place like this. Every part of my experience was incredible. The staff worked as a team. The chefs prepared the finest meals. The entire place was well cared for from the gardens to the pools, the rooms and the dining areas. Christopher Chin, the manager, runs an exceptional team. Looking for true serenity? Don’t sleep on this one. I highly encourage you to book the Grande Luxury Suite. Although all the rooms are truly divine. I loved the privacy of having my own pool, my own butler (Ethan is amazing!!!), my own bar fully stocked with all the drinks I love. Room service was remarkable. You could really just stay in your suite the entire time and be in the lap of luxury. But don’t. The pool was lovely, the bartenders are friendly, the wait staff in the restaurant were attentive. Each meal was a culinary delight presented like art. A great meal begins in the eyes and then will the flavor. Everything I ate and drank was five star. I also enjoyed the beach cabanas. I spent the day enjoying the beach hammocks, butler service, lying on the swinging bed and lounging on the chaise while watching the ocean waves and enjoying the breeze. You know it’s been a remarkable experience when you begin planning to return before you even leave. Kudos to each of the staff members for making this the best and most luxurious experience I’ve yet had. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Bravo!! Well done, my new friends!

The personalities and customer service are bar none. From stepping onto this island and arriving at the resort- everyone was so kind and helpful. Kevin, Delon, Ray, Jonathan, Tyler and Lee were always an absolute blast at the bar. Latoya teaches you how to make a mean Mai Tai during Tiki Class- Chef Lucy made us into Sushi professionals- and Sabby brought out our true artistry during our Painting class. It was refreshing having a smaller resort and getting to know all of the guests on a personal level throughout the trip. We truly made friends that will continue in the real world. McCarthy was just an absolute gift. He always checked in and was at the ready for anything we needed. Even when the airlines delayed my luggage arrival- McCarthy was there for me with any necessities and immediately brightened my mood. I could absolutely keep going with all of the wonderful amenities and memories. 10/10 experience and we WILL be coming back!

Just returned from Serenity at Coconut Bay for our 20th anniversary. I honestly do not believe that we could have chosen a better resort. Serenity hits five stars at every level. Accommodations, Food, Service, Location and Staff. Especially the STAFF! This entire staff is something special. We had Kert as our Butler. Wow, Kert was fantastic. He took care of all the details and made changes when needed. His attention to detail was great. Davidson filled in for Kert on his day off. Davidson was great as well. Ray at the bar was never without a smile. Quite the workaholic. If not making a drink he was cleaning the pool area, or anything else that needed to be done. Kevin was great with the entertainment as well as behind the bar. Natoya, what a genuinely nice person, a real ray of sunshine! Shout out to Delon as well at the bar. The wait staff, Sabby, Joella, Ginel and others, sorry I don't remember all the names. These folks were outstanding!! The housekeeping staff, Shirley, Rosey, Garvey and others with their towel animals and fun notes put a smile on our face each time we returned to the room. Although we could venture over to Coconut Bay and use those facilities and restaurants, we did not. The food and staff at The Great House were just too good to leave. However, we did try the Jerk Treehouse. Very Good!! The private Beach Cabana and the private Pool Cabana were a real treat! The best of both worlds. A nice place to relax and swim in the ocean. As well as a private place at the pool. Our room with the huge plunge pool, wet bar, hammock and room service really was outstanding. We also did the private island tour. That was great. very informative and fun. All in all it was just a fantastic relaxing and fun vacation. We will back!!

Go here for your honeymoon, you won't be disappointed. There was so much to do - we went on zip-lines, to the mud baths, on atvs. We also had plenty of time to relax at the pool that often only had a few other couples in it, in a pool cabana, at the beach cabana, or in our private plunge pool. The entire staff is fantastic, providing whatever you need whenever you want it. We had food delivered to various places around the hotel property and ALL the staff were always positive and seemed to be having a great day. McCarthy was our private butler and was absolutely amazing! Even when we didn't call him, he'd find us at the pool or in the restaurant and make sure we had everything we needed. He also drew us a bath whenever we'd have an excursion - something I didn't realize I wanted but was soooo nice! When we come back we'll be requesting him!!! Finally, every food item was fantastic but I'd suggest getting the soup of the day - I got them every day and was never disappointed!
