We spent a lot of money to stay at Alexandra and overall, we were very disappointed. The room was spacious, newly renovated and had a gorgeous view of Grace Bay. But these positives were outweighed by the awful staff and poor food. The staff clearly hate working there and I saw no evidence of the famous Caribbean hospitality. Several turned their back on me and walked off as I was asking for help. No smiles, not even a ‘Hello.’ My wife got sick on day two having only eaten at the resort and missed many activities. The service was slow and the food of low quality. My advice: spend your money elsewhere. P.s. I did discuss my concerns with the hotel management but nothing improved.

The entire trip was AMAZING. Food was excellent t and the accommodations were stellar. Barbie, Farrah, Valery, Garnell, Rhazzor, everybody was so kind and friendly. It felt like home and I would come again and again if it meant seeing them all again. We are leaving this trip knowing we are leaving family but are incredibly lucky to know when we come back we’ll be seeing them again. Thank you so much for taking care of our little family and making our daughters first birthday a trip to remember ! Jaylène, Carolyn and Ariana.

Best trip I’ve ever been on. The hotel is better than I even expected - we rented an oceanfront suite and were blown away by the views every morning. The resort, and all of the amenities, are clean and well kept. Every meal we had was better than the last. Of all the employees at the resort, Trishauna working the pool bar was by far the BEST and sweetest. She is so personable, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. Mustafa, who welcomed us, was also very nice & helpful as we settled in. We will absolutely be back to see the beautiful water and say hi to Trishauna! I can’t say enough good things about her.

We had the absolute best time at this resort and are already planning our next trip back. Everyone was been so nice, but Trishauna, the bartender at the pool, was extraordinary. She not only made fantastic drinks, but she was the absolute kindest and most personable person that we had the pleasure to cross paths with daily during our stay here. The woman who books activities is also very kind. Thank you for the most perfect trip! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Top notch in friendliness and accommodations- the entire staff ESPECIALLY Latoya and Adrian at the front desk have gone above and beyond to make sure our anniversary getaway time is enjoyable!! 100% recommend!
