After a tiring day of site seeing, we came back to our room which was not cleaned. I took the Do Not Disturb sign off when we left around 12:30 and I was told by the guest services manager, Surmeet Kaur that the sign was not removed so the room was not cleaned. Funny that the lovely Ukrainian maid took care of our room for 2 days - no problem - on her day off - the room does not get cleaned. I was all but called a liar in regard to removing the sign and given 2 gift cards for Starbucks - one for myself and one for my husband - $5.00 on front and back - so a total of $20.00 Since we were leaving the next morning, we decided to pick up something to eat in the room with our in-room coffee machine. After choosing what we wanted and trying to collect on our gift cards, I was told only one card for $5 could be used at a time - they were busy closing up early since it was Sunday and I argued that my husband should be able to use his card too - no way!! So it cost me $9.00 to get my gift card breakfast. I gave the front desk back my husband's card (useless) and Starbucks kept my card with the other $5.00 still on the reverse. Bad experience all around - neither Doubletree/Hilton or Starbucks could get their customer service figured out - would never stay at this Hotel again.

Exceptional hotel, staff, food, location, and community. Beyond pleased with the hotel and the level of service. The staff were a genuine and went the extra mile to ensure I had what I needed and offered suggestions on things to do or places to visit. The food was delicious, especially the pizza. The location was fantastic and incredibly close to the harbour.

Great location close to the harbour, restaurants, and shopping. Suite was nice, although a bit cramped. Nice balcony. Bed was comfy, towels were fluffy. Room was very clean. Overall, a good hotel at a decent price in a prime location. There are restaurants in the hotel, but we didn’t try any of them.

Hilton donates rooms to a local program called Respitality. So parents of special needs kids get a night out to relax once a year. Spoiled with luxury here. Valet, the kindest hotel staff , and a king size room. Im so thankful for this opportunity to recharge. Big thanks to the management/staff. The room was great, pillows were actually the best ive had in years!! Will def come back again if I need to stay locally for anything.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It's in a great location and within walking distance of most of the main attractions of the island. It also sits atop a cool English-style pub called Bartholomew's. Great atmosphere! The staff at the hotel were exceptional, especially the front desk. Joseph at the front desk took care of us as Diamond Hilton Honors members, and made our stay so much more incredible for the holidays! The housepeople were great too, and provided us with replenishments on demand. Certainly a hotel we'll be coming back to in the future.
