Great Stay at the Palliser.

Was here as an employee from another hotel the Fairmont Lake Louise. Hawthorne has great breakfast and Dinner. Renatta is a great server. Also Trent from check in was great. Hotel is clean has great hot tub and pool and I was fortunate enough to be upgraded.

Moments of Wonder, Gratitude I Ponder

To whom it may concern, My name is Shawayne Dunstan and during this month (April 2024) I decided to stay at my first Fairmont and I must say, I was delighted by the experience. The staff and services were absolutely divine. Although I was on business, I was greeted with tremendous energy no matter if I was arriving or departing. Much appreciation to Neil in guest services for his knowledge and kindness. Sarah and Yana in Front desk were terrific. Cindy’s compassion captivated me in the restaurant. The managers I encountered attended to my needs and responded promptly. The staff and property genuinely made me appreciate and remain aware of why I do what I do, the love of people and experiences through encounters. The card in my room was the cherry on top. Shoutout to the housekeepers, engineers and support staff I encountered as well. I am utterly thankful. For you all, I hope this year brings joy, growth and love. For now is now so thank you all for going over and above. I will be back as soon as I can. Round of applause everyone, cheers. Mr. Dunstan

Just meh

Some rooms face the train tracks which are only mere feet away from the windows. Trains run at least hourly all through the night so the smashing of the train crossing track to track will shake the walls. The windows are thin and poor noise cancellation. The room doesn’t have ear plugs or white noise machine. There was black mold on the window in the bathroom. Carpets are dusty and dingy. Bathtubs are old and yellow. Feels like an 80’s motel.

A big 60th birthday thank you to Neha and Oksana!

Neha Dhiraj was my primary contact for this booking, room upgrade, and special experience for my 6oth birthday celebration. She was responsible for making my visit extra special and a 1st class experience by upgrading my Gold room to a complimentary amazing and huge Heritage Gold suite, and upon arrival I was surprisingly greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and slice of lucsious chocolate birthday cake!!! Wow, I was floored and immediately sent video and photos of my room to friends and family!!! Oksana Byndyu also made my visit special with the welcoming introduction of a retro record player and my favorite albums of Aretha Franklin 1961 and Fleetwood Mac Rumours, 1977. So perfect for a 60 year old! Both ladies were extremely welcoming, and knowing that I was treating myself to an Rnr massage at the hotel, gave me a discount coupon to use!!! I want to extend a huge thank you primarily to Neha, but also to Oksana for making my stay so memorable and special at Fairmont Palliser. Because of these 2 ladies I will definitely be back, and give 5 stars for my rating! You truly have given me great memories for my special occasion!!!

Outstanding customer service

The Gold Floor team goes out of their way for their guests — thank you for taking care of us and special mention to Vanessa C. who has been beyond thoughtful :) Would recommend for business, friends and family. Central location, perfect amenities and great restaurant too.
