    Amazing Customer Service!!

    This truly was a DREAM vacation! From the time we arrived to the moment we left the staff was exceptional! Our waiter, Arturo, was second to none! We would come in for breakfast every morning, and he would greet us with a smile and a cappuccino! Eric, Bernice and the rest of the entertainment staff was fantastic and greeted us everyday by name. We felt like we were surrounded by family and friends. I can't wait to come back to this resort! Thank you!

    Our family returned today from a 7 night stay and we were so sad to leave. They truly treat you like royalty everywhere at this resort. The Entertainment Team here (Berenice, Dania, Irene, Erik, etc.) really are the best of the best. They truly built relationships with our kids and our daughter was crying when she had to say goodbye to Berenice for the last time. Berenice and her staff did everything possible to make our trip memorable and are the main reason we will come back. Our kids are 6 & 4 so this was the first time we left them in the Explorers Kids club. They had a BLAST with Karla and Andrea. We felt comfortable leaving them and knew they were in excellent hands. Shout out to Carlos in the preferred lounge! He was so great, made awesome cocktails and fun fruit animals for our kids. Jose in the sports bar is great too— he always created the best drinks for our kids!! Fernanda at the rooftop pool will always make sure you’re relaxing with a full drink. Even the two guys who would restock our fridge in the evening — so friendly and fun! Dinners were amazing and we had excellent service at every single restaurant. Especially with Gabriel at Japanese. I feel bad that I don’t recall other servers names but they all deserve recognition. Even Maria, the hostess, who was so sweet! The covid testing we needed to return back to the US was simple and efficient. The social media manager working the testing check-in knew our kids were nervous and afterwards caught up with us to give them a sucker. Little things like that mean a lot. The amazing employees make this resort fantastic. They will go above and beyond to ensure you are having the best vacation possible!

    You willve treated like family at this resort from the moment you walk onto the property until you checkout. We just finished our 3rd visit in just a 10 month period and planing on returning in a few months. The staff is so friendly and there to fulfilling every need that you may uave and with those wonderful smiles! Hats off to our family there, Daniel, Carlos, Krystal, Antonio, Sebastián, Lidiaand UVC rep Mikal Our bar tenders Kenny, Hector, Carlos and wait staff Jesus, Erica an all the wait staff of UVC. Our room house keeping was spot on and always so prompt as was the room service! It you like Italian....go for the lasagna at the Italian restaurant Portifino...hibachi is a must for the show....Blue Water Grill steak house is know for its amazing rooftop views for lunch and at night! Just can't say enough and if you are a golfer, it's right next door or if you would prefer a day at the spa....1st in class for sure. Enjoy your stay!

    We arrived last week to this resort and were very excited about our vacation. Once we tried to check in on to the preferred club we were informed that our kids were not listed on our booking. I was certain that there were originally on reservation and could not find anything by email showing me other wise. Our reservation also indicated that we had a promotion for kids stay free so I assumed that our 6 and 3 year old would not be charged. I was dead wrong. They wanted to charge me an additional $1000 for the kids for the week. I tried all week to talk to a decision maker but the right person had always "just left" was "out sick" or had "a day off". I was there 8 days and couldn't speak to someone about this and had to speak through the staff in the preferred club. On the last day they ended up treating that we couldn't leave unless we paid the fee so now I get to dispute it with my credit card company. Next issue - the resort is less than 50% full especially on the weekdays. Our promo also gave us a complimentary upgraded room but once we arrived there were magically booked up. Every single day. but somehow they had upgrades if we paid more. if your reservation has this on it just be prepared to not get it. You can tell they are trying to hustle for more money once people are already there. While the actual resort is nice and service from the staff is excellent the complete disaster with the front desk and preferred club made me regret ever choosing this resort.

    We stayed for 4 nights in April. The service was great, and there was never a wait for a table or for a poolside chair. They are still at reduced capacity due to COVID, so I can't speak for a full hotel, but it seems like there are plenty of chairs and tables. When many hotels are reducing service like daily room cleaning and room service, due to COVID, Dreams Vista has not. The service was great, we always felt safe, and the COVID test that they provided that the airport requires was easy and efficient. We had a ocean view balcony room with a pool. The pool was nice and the balcony was a good size even with the pool there. That said, I would probably not get a pool room the next time, because we like looking over the balcony, and you could only do that if you were in the pool, This room type was part of the preferred section of the resort, which allowed us access to the rooftop pool and bar. It was nice as an option, but there wasn't as much of a breeze at that pool as the one downstairs, so we split our time. Breakfast was good. We ate at the buffet most days, and ordered room service one day. Our favorite lunch spot was La Terraza and the food stations at the Veranda/La Plaza bar. We did not eat at the Hibachi restaurant, because of a reservation mix up our last night, but we enjoyed the other restaurants.
