My husband and our 2 young children visited the resort from 4/9-4/15. This was our second time staying. I cannot say enough good things. Resort is clean and very well kept. Every staff member you meet is attentive and friendly. Thank you Sam, Eladio and Martin at the pool, Otikio and Rafael our butlers, Alma and Lety at the spa, Jose at hiroshi and ALL the girls at kids club. Each one of you helped make our vacation a great one!!! See you all soon:-)

He was one of the best host with booking our reservation and changing our rooms and making sure we get the best room and that we are happy. We were a group of 20. Imagine how complicated it must have been with everyone requesting a certain view with a certain budget. I am thankful for having Juan help us because he was patient and super professional.

Great place for spring break

We spent 6 days here and loved every relaxing moment. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the room was a generous size. The poolside service was amazing. Covid 19 protocols are followed. We will stay here again I am sure.

Moises, Candyman, Susie, Jose, Pepe, David, Ariel and David(lifeguard) and Armando were fabulous and I cannot thank everyone for a wonderful time. The service was exceptional!! Perfect vacation. I cannot believe how wonderful all the staff has been. From the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping to service staff. I was blessed to come. Thank you all!!
Girls Trip

This resort was phenomenal Moses gave us the upmost treatment our entire time along with the waiters and servers.....Candyman, Asuzane & David. Also David the lifeguard was very informative. And Armando was wonderful with our reservations. I would have a tough time trying to pick one restaurant that I loved the most but I believe it would have to be Steak restaurant. Everyone was so courteous, respectful & friendly! Reservations went so smoothly.
