Best place for vaca- Luis at First Club, Luis server at the pool, lunch, dinner, upstairs bar (everywhere!), Angel & Rodger from entertainment team, Jonathan the lifeguard, Carlos at ent pool, the lunch chef Marcelino, Wilma & Florian at breakfast and lunch, Pedro at the japanese hibachi were standouts, but the whole staff was friendly, helpful and hardworking. The Maid service was fantastic. Michael at Pro Dive helped me get certified for scuba. You can be as involved as you want ( or not) yoga, beach volleyball, pool exercise class, pool volleyball, water balloon games- it was all so much fun! Nightly entertainment was great- mariachi band, Mayan dancers, light dancers, and aerial acrobats and Mexican dancers were some of my favorites. Food and resort are not 5 star quality, but such a value if you can overlook some cracked floor tiles and not super modern rooms. Something cooked fresh at breakfast lunch and dinner. Always something yummy to eat. Oh, and the sunsets were fabulous, as always.

The staff was absolutely great.....smiles and very helpful....we had a very large family accommodations were clean ,comfortable ...beach was pure sand, nights were great with sunset and ocean breezy..... water always available and drinks non alcohol and alcohol also.

I brought my daughters down for 40th & 50th birthdays. The weather cooperated beautifully. My daughters were in awe of the beauty & thoroughly enjoyed the beach & pool. My older daughter kept saying “best birthday!”

My wife and I visited Allegro Cozumel Resort Februrary 5 -12, 2024 We had a very good experience. I walk with a cane, on check in Samantha at the front found us a nice room centrally located which made everything near enough our room so I never had too long a walk. Thank you Samantha! The rooms were, bright clean and efficient, each has a lovely patio or balcony. We had hot water problem, but the staff communicated well and problem was soon resolved. The entertainment was campy and full of energy, it seemed appealing to the families and kids staying at this place for the kids water features. I would love to have seen more piano players or quiet acoustic music to chill out after a day of Scuba diving. The buffet, though too noisy for my sensitive ears had a nice variety of food, the ladies that seated us were always smiling and friendly. The inspiration for this review was Luis, Head Waiter, serving dinner in the Italian and Mexican themed restaurants. Luis was friendly helpful as were all of his staff, he put in the extra effort to accommodate our requests, shared a bit about life in Mexico. Luis also a scuba diver gave us some diving tips. The food at the a la cart restaurants was excellent. We enjoyed the entres and generous salad bar. Luis went above and beyond to make our dinning experience truly enjoyable. Thank you Luis! Scuba trips at the onsite dive shop and the convience of meeting the dive boat at the resort rather than traveling by land to get to a dive excursion is now a must have for my next vacation. George and rest of the crew at the dive shop are professional, helpful and generous of spirit. I plan to visit again for the Scuba, excellent service clean and efficient rooms.

I had an amazing time! The entertainment group Rodger Arbi and Angel are fabulous! They felt like they were apart of our family and made the experience joyful. Service was great. I was always checked on for my needs, and it was prompt. I hope to be back sometime.
