The room was very nice. Daven checked us in and couldn't have been more helpful. He was very welcoming, kind, and friendly. Pool and beach area always pleasant. Of course Italian restaurant in lower level may be small but they put out excellent good sized meals. Definitely will return.

As soon as I learned susanna was back at the marco polo outside pool bar, I gathered up all my Isfriends, And spent the day with susanna, Susanna has been mixing drinks at the Marco Polo. Over twenty five years she knows the area very well, She entertained me and my friends all day, With her mojitos pina coladas, Strawberry Dacary, Susanna, thank you so much for your wonderful service. We will be back because of you. I hope the Marco Polo appreciates you. I know I do and I will be back to see.You are a amazing person. Love lisa and the girls,

I had a great time at this place! The agent Alvaro was super welcoming, friendly and helpful. He helped me with different things throughout my stay which I appreciate a lot. Alvaro really made the experience 1000% better. And I will come back!

This hotel is absolutely horrible. It’s filthy, mouldy and has shoddy renovations. Pull out sofa bed was broken and the mattress was wrapped in plastic, dresser had a layer of dust on it, paint splatters all over the walls and floor, you can’t open the closet as the door is hung too tight to the floor, it has a horrible mould smell in the hallways and rooms. Floors, baseboards, doors, handles were absolutely filthy. DO NOT STAY!

The service was incredible. The people here really care; Especially the front desk lady, Beatriz, who helped me find the best price. She kept a reasonable and welcoming conversation that was insightful and resourceful. Definitely staying here again.
