    Walking distance to just about everywhere on the strip. I wished all the rooms had coffee makers. It seems odd that you have to request a room with one. Other than that...Itis a great hotel. The staff is very accommodating for all requests. The express check out on the kiosk or from the TV in your room saves a lot of time.

    Pros: Clean, updated & quiet, 2 Starbucks, drinks weren’t hard to get when gambling, reliable wifi, checkout kiosks available Cons: $39.98/day “resort fees”, no fridge ($17/day extra), no coffee makers in room, tight slots

    I had a couple fight in hallway several times, waking me up 2 night in a row. 25% of the slots were out of order. Half the ATM / Ticket Changers were out of order. Didnt seem that clean. It looked like a casino that was getting ready to close. I stayed at the Riviara 3 weeks before they closed and it felt the same way.

    I’ve stayed at the Harrahs before and stayed in a non updated room so this new room was refreshing. The decor was nice and the room had really good lighting. I requested a room that was on a higher floor and received the 5th story with a few of the wall of the parking structure. It was a request not a promise so I understood but was a bit bummed. The construction going on was annoying but definitely nothing to be mad at because they are working to make it better. The one thing I was mad at was the check-in situation. I understand business and profits but maybe your kiosk should say your room is not ready yet but I can get you an equal room for an additional $30 fee to start relaxing faster. Knowing your room is ready by the kiosk stating your room is ready and knowing that you could be comfortable an hour earlier but a company rather have you just sit in the lobby because they want more profit was a hard one. I understand the reason but you should mask it more. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

    I always like staying at Harrahs. Great location on the strip. Close to everything for walking. Good food at Toby Keith’s on second floor. I had a great room on the eighth floor and the icing on the cake for me was having a coffee maker in the room ?? Can’t wait for next trip.
