Dreary and not well maintained

Mary Alice M (Lakewood, California) on Apr 13, 2024

The decor is dreary, and the rooms are poorly maintained. I did not even have a refrigerator in my room, just an empty hole in the wall, where it was supposed to be. The hallways are long and dark, and I did not feel comfortable walking by myself late at night. My room was really far from the elevator. definitely not worth the cost.

Great stay at the Linq

sweet_jane6 (Trail, Canada) on Apr 13, 2024

We stayed for 5 nights at the linq. It was our first time staying there. Check in took roughly 40 mins which isn't bad , we got help with reception as we had difficulty with the self check in. Customer service was great at the reception desk. We got upgraded to a much nicer room for a small fee. We were placed into the district 3 zone in a two queen suite room with a view. Great view of the high roller. Room was clean and updated. Bathroom was okay for a budget hotel. We really enjoyed the Linq promenade as it had many choices for eating/drinking and a few shopping choices. We also really liked the location we were at on the strip. Many great Dining options inside the hotel as well like hash house a gogo. The only downside we really had was the Uber pick up drop off area which had alot of water in it, and if the area was busy with pick up and drop offs , you often had to cross over the water in your shoes which sucked. With that being said, we would definitely stay here again because all of the pros outweighed the one con. We recommend this hotel to couples, singles , and families.

Needs updating.

susana c on Apr 10, 2024

The place is run down and needs lots of updating, we had to move due to plumbing issues, then the next room had issues as well they gave me a food comp, to compensate but still would not stay again, overall it’s in a good location but I would say that’s it

You get what you pay for and also don't get what you pay for.

Jenni H (Sparks, Nevada) on Apr 09, 2024

Do yourself a favor and pay for the nicer rooms or just go somewhere else. While I appreciated a reasonable price, our room was underwhelming. No decent amenities (where's my coffee maker?), the body wash dispenser was empty, and half used toilet paper on the roll. There was stains on the shower curtain, and walls. Our room smelled musky. I was coughing and sneezing anytime I was in the room and totally fine outside. The last night there, I contemplated sleeping in my truck. Our bathroom sink filled up with black dirty water that smelled like sulfur. I went up to see my friends on a higher floor, and it was night/day in their room. They had a sign for valet parking, but we were rudely told to move away, because they weren't offering it. They also stated they had room service, but every time I tried to get it, they said it wasn't available. This is a literal case of "You get what you pay for" I will most likely not be staying here again.

out of control hookers

Paul M on Apr 08, 2024

I have no issues with the cleanliness of the room everything was good. But the hookers in the casino were terrible, way too brazen. Two of them confronted me at the bar close to express check-in after saving an inebriated friend from being taken advantage of by them. As if I was in the wrong for intervening. Absolutely ridiculous.
