Avoid at all costs

They overcharged me by £600 (without consent), they charged my booking card + from the credit card I put down. I then called them EVERYDAY for 6 days running and was put on hold for 45 minutes each time (I'm not exaggerating). Just for them to deny the charges again and again, until I showed them my bank statements. It It's 3 weeks since I checked out and I still haven't got my money back. Awful awful service. Avoid at all costs.

Warning if you are wanting to utilize a pool this one is closed until April sometime. No notice of that when booking. I am disabled and had to take a taxi to get some sun. What exactly does my $48 resort fee cover? My bedside lamp wouldn't stay plugged in and I spent 40 mins on the ground because I use a prosthetic leg and need to be able to see if I wake up at night. I called front desk to see if someone could fix outlet but nobody answered and i left callback number but after an hour I left to get some water so I could take my medicine. They used to give a complimentary small water in room but now its $18!. I dont trust hotel tap water. While I was grabbing water I did get a missed call notification but didn't hear due to being on casino floor. At this point in my stay (1st night) I realized I will never return here. The greed is overwhelming. This casino has some good features such as good location and other things but for me they lost my business
Grossest hotel in Vegas

Do not stay here. I repeat. Do not stay here. The rooms are disgusts d out dated. I paid to stay in the 2 bedroom Tower Suite and was thinking the amount I paid would reflect how the room looked. That was not the case. Phone didn’t work. Carpet in master bathroom disgusting. ??. Windows so dirty that you couldn’t even enjoy the view. Staff SUCKED. First they ate way under staffed and the staff they have are as lazy as you can get. You requested something and before even checking in the computer it’s a no can’t help you with that. Questions about the room? They don’t know the answers. Security? Oh my gosh. RUDER THAN RUDE. You want a cocktail while gambling? No such thing. Never saw one. Ever. I would have to leave the machine and go to the bar to get a water or drink. Visited Cosmo and Bellagio and Cesears and Linq and it was soooo much better. Housekeeping was the only good thing about this place. Our gal was very nice and helpful. You need something? You have to go down to the lobby because they don’t pick up the phone. Forget a toothbrush? Called housekeeping and they brought it up 3 hours later. Need blankets? Only allowed 2 extra per room and you have to have housekeeping bring it to you and you can imagine how long that took right? I booked this through American Express Plat um and I hope they read this and take this disgusting hotel off the site!!
Very friendly place.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean, and quiet. Our room was facing the strip, and the view, including the volcano, was excellent. The only disappointment was that the Venetian across the street blocked our view of the sphere. I use a wheelchair. The handicapped room we were in had an excellent bathroom setup, one of the best I have seen in a hotel. The rest of the room was clean and very nice. We had dinner in the Italian restaurant and breakfast in the Pantry restaurant. Both were very good. The menu at the Italian restaurant was somewhat limited, and both were on the expensive side. All in all, we enjoyed our short stay.
Don't do it, it's a trap!!!!

The room looks nothing like the pics online...I have stayed in motel 6's that were nicer! We paid for a king room, and after 45 min in line to check in (even though I called to say we were arriving late) we were told our king room was unavailable and they only had 2 bed queens. (Not really a big deal) But the room was probably older than I was. There was food behind the dresser as soon as we got in the room, and the bath tub didn't drain. The only good side to the hotel was the housekeeping crews that took the trash and laundry quick, and the gentleman that checked us out.
