Rooms are nice and clean but have to be updated. Some floors believe are already improved and works are on the way. Suggest a sound isolation as can easy hear a next room someone is having a shower in mid night or people speaking loud

My husband and I stayed here this summer. There was a big, nasty spiderweb in the corner of our room throughout our 5-night stay. And, the door to the bathroom doesn't lock, so consider that if it's an issue for you. We did enjoy the pool and a few of the restaurants. The few staff members we interacted with were fine. The escalator up to the tram to the Mirage was out a few days. This hotel is conveniently located on the Strip, and we appreciated having a CVS within the resort to pick up a few items.

    Needs some renovation

My husband and I stayed at TI about 24 years ago. We had been to Vegas several times since, but not here. We stayed here last week. The hotel room was clean, bed very comfortable, and bathroom and amenities very nice. (They really need to add an outlet to the area around the bed for phone chargers). We ate once at the cafe and 3 times at the breakfast buffet. Food is quite good, but terribly overpriced. Did one day at the pool, and it was lovely. Plenty of loungers (it was a Wednesday so not very crowded). The tropical drinks at the pool...again incredibly overpriced. 19.00 for a frozen margarita? Wow. The elephant in the room, judging by the other reviews is the resort fees. I have to admit, the whole concept of resort fees for things most people don't even use is crazy. The internet is pretty bad here. I was super glad I hadn't brought my tablet or laptop to get some work in. I would't have been able to do any at all. Connecting on our phones was just ok. It's a fine middle of the road hotel on the strip surrounded by much nicer properties. Really needs to have some serious renovations to all public areas and some updating of the rooms.

Stayed here for 2 nights, we didn't have to pay for the room as we were invited for a friend's birthday. I was skeptical about this hotel (did not know much about it) but I left pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and spacious with a large bathroom and tub with lots of towels for the 2 of us. We did not want housekeeping but did need shampoo so I called housekeeping, asking them to pls drop off 2 bottles in the room. When we got back, we found a bag full of bathroom items. Really appreciated that effort on someone's part. We did not use the parking or the WifI and we did not see the pool. We ate at the Coffee Shop/Pho. A bit expensive and not sure I would go back to the Pho but breakfast was good. Ordered room service morning of check out and it arrived exactly for when we ordered it. Staff members were all kind and courteous except one of the males working the Valet line. He was rude which was unfortunate. Nice location, right across the Venetian where we went for a great meal and dessert. Their casino is pretty smokey (as are all others on the Strip) but I felt it smelled a bit bu they do offer 10$ blackjack tables which was fun! At night those tables turned to 15$ so be careful before you sit assuming they are still 10$. We were on the 28th floor and had a great view of the Strip.
