The resort is in a fantastic spot right off the beach in a nice area close to downtown. The rooms were great and the service was excellent. Nelson our server was very attentive and made our experience more enjoyable and convenient and was a great resource for directions and activities.

This place needs an update! Old beds, old pool chairs! No heated pool! The place was a dump and I will never go back! Seagulls on the furniture and very very dirty around the pool! I was shocked because the pictures looked great but the place is ran down bad! Beware!!

Spent two nights at the resort, place was really beautiful, service was amazing, needed extra blankets and they immediately sent some up to my room, our waiter by the pool Eduardo went over and beyond he kept our drinks coming poolside so we didn’t have to do anything but enjoy the atmosphere and relax. The golf course was beautiful with gorgeous views at every turn. Ran out of time to go kayaking but that came free with our room, we will definitely be back for a longer stay to take advantage of all the fun things to do. The grounds are well taken care of and I can’t believe how affordable our stay was especially for everything we got. There’s are two restaurants on site, two pools and huge hot tube. The also take COVID-19 sanitation protocols very seriously we were very impressed. The golf club is a city onto itself, there are many restaurants, bars and shops on the enormous grounds so theres no need to leave the grounds if you don’t wish too. Although Loreto is a lovely city so I hope you don’t miss out on seeing the historic district.

Well where do I begin, the location of the hotel is great I'll give them that. We arrived in the afternoon, check in was smooth, the rooms are definitely outdated and in need of some TLC, the fixtures were old and the floor was deteriorating, there was mold growing from many areas of the bathroom. The walls are supper thin and not insulated so every loud noise from your neighbors is magnified. It seemed as if the staff was overwhelmed and understaffed, many of them showed their frustrations when they were flooded with customers at the pool area bar / cafe. The pools were freezing and the jacuzzi was constantly packed with people, although their website said the pool was heated, not true. Don't go for the "breakfast included" on their site, its not worth it. Two eggs and either ham, chorizo, or hot dog weenie is what you get everytime. Overall it was an "OK" place to stay, but for being owned by the wealthiest man in Mexico it definitely needs to be upgraded and the staff needs some serious customer service training. I don't think I saw a "manager" the whole time I was there, no sign of direction. I asked for a late check out since my flight was at 5pm and the front desk said absolutely not, although it was slow and no one was checking in when we left this is the type of customer service / attention to detail this place lacked. Unfortunately its not some place I can say I'd recommend, I went to Loreto for dinner twice at "La Mission" and it was day and night the level of service and attention to detail compared to Loreto Bay.
