    Friendliest & Most Professional Staff, Iberostar Grande! But those who stood out to Us, was Jo-Dane & Felicia (Front Desk). Our Super Buttler, O'Brien! The Awesome staffs in the Italian Restaurant & last but not least William Love, Our Bell Man, so humble & warm. We loved it there! Y'all made everything very satisfying for us & we can never repay everyone, just know we appreciate y'all??

    If I could have given a 10 Star?? thats what the staff of iberostar Grand in mobay deserves. Went for my birthday December 12,2020 was the best experience ever!!!! Starting from the entrance with Mr. William Love which is the bell man then to the front desk where we were warmly welcome by Jo-Dane Russell and Felicia Miller. Obrien our butler was excellent, also all the servers that worked at the Italian restaurant, good and service was exceptional ?? thanks to you all for a unforgettable stay!!!! You'll be definitely seeing me and my friends very soon?????????????????????????????????????

    Lovely property and mostly positive experience, but food and entertainment options were very limited /absent due to COVID-19 issues. Was not able to utilise many of the hotel's amenitie,s as time did not permit. Appreciated the recognition as a repeat guest and Welcome Back gift.

    Awesome Winter Getaway

    Just completed a great stay at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall in Montego Bay. It felt like a safer environment than the going to the grocery store at home. All staff wore masks all the time and they were constantly sanitizing everything and offering hand sanitizer to the guests. Food was fantastic and the staff worked hard to entertain us. We need to get out and travel and support these businesses so that things can get back to normal. Will definitely return soon.

    Upfront disclaimer - I love Jamaica and Iberostar! The Covid procedures at Sangster Airport are more involved than those in the US. You are greeted by medical and or military staff offering hand sanitizer at 2-3 different points within the airport. Temperature is checked at the Iberostar before entrance to the facility. I'll say this once - I believe Covid is real and deadly - I felt safer in the Iberostar Grand Jamaica than I did the US. During the first days of our stay there were only around 50 guests, I'm an introvert so I was completely loving the low occupancy. Although the guest count was low, the service was still on point. I believe I talked with both the head chef & Resident Manager almost every day. The staff members are eager for you to come to Jamaica and relax. The food was awesome. My favorite is the Risotto at the Italian restaurant. Like all the other meals, it was prepared perfectly. We dined at the other al la cart venues as well due to the buffet was not open. Breakfast and lunch options were perfect as well. I asked for an item that was not on the menu and the server made a trip to get it so the staff could prepare it. This extraordinary level of service is not out of the ordinary at the Grand. The staff truly wants you to enjoy yourself. I can't wait until April when I return.
