    I came back this year with my mom to give her a birthday treat and she was blown away by the service this is the reason I came back . The food hospitality drinks which is not watered down is what we loved the most. I encourage everyone to get an ocean view we had perfect weather last week I don’t remember a drop of rainfall. We can remember some very helpful peoples Felicia was very professional our butler Martin made my mom very delighted. The entertainment at this place was wonderful even the protocols were impressive. We tipped all our servers and bed room attendants . So please support the people when you can in tips they don’t receive unemployment benefits or stimulus it’s work or no food . Lastly we cannot forget our drivers from Top choice Jamaica tours they were on time smart and extremely pleasant service. If they had charged us more we would not mind because we loved how they took care of us and even brought us to shopping and gave us a Montego Bay tour . We loved every minute of our vacation and truly sad ?? to be coming home. They say you get what you pay for and the grand is well worth it.

    This is my first time visiting and I must say I will definitely be returning.... So sad I had to leave. My husband and I visited for my birthday and the team really took care of us and made the trip a memorable experience I soon will not forget. Every detail was well thought out... From the Happy Birthday sash across our door to the HBD made from petals in my bubble bath that was prepared while I was at dinner. The staff was really friendly and pleasant... Honorable mentions are Lenroy and Brianna... I definitely will be back and will bring friends... I've already started telling people they HAVE to visit... Should get a free night.. Lol... Thanks IBEROSTAR for a perfect birthday getaway!!!

    First let me say I’m a club member so I definitely get lots of perks. I had such a wonderful time. Patrice and Ak’eem in the members beach area never let my glass go empty. No I will say traveling to Jamaica is not for the weak. The beach salesmen also believe they are the next Casanova so it can make you feel a little uneasy getting off tour beach lounger. Richard the security guard assigned to the members beach area made sure I was left alone and not bothered and felt safe and secure when in the water. I’ve been here several times and as ALWAYS Bre in the club & Marsha Lee always make sure I’m well taken care of. See you all next month!!!

    Just got back. Very nice resort, food has good, lots to eat, just hard to get were you want to eat as only 1 or 2 places open each night. No problem getting tested to return home. As only at 40% so beds never hard to fine, pool or ocean. Nosy from next store resort so just move away. Most staff very frendly.

    I just arrived home on 4/4 after 7 days at the grand. My 3rd visit to this property. last stayed in 2019 and it was fabulous then but has fell off. stayed in room 5134. Did not see a sign on the door stating sanitized. unpacked and put up clothing and when I went to put shower products in the shower caddy, it was filled with black mold/build up. Good thing I had my clorox wipes and cleaned it, to tired to change rooms. The room was worn and dated. The lampshade was crooked due to being broken, the curtains smelled musty, the hallway carpets were filthy everyday with broken glass , and papers, bits of garbage , smelled terrible and used plates and glasses from room service was left in the hall overnight. Butler service is a joke. Some staff not as friendly as in the past and seem a little slower with service. Some staff Aneicka?? from the pool area appeared in my eyes to cater more to the Caucasian race although I am nice, respectful to all and an excellent tipper but i definitely noticed this--Aneicka?? from the pool area. The hotel is only using 1 side of the property and there is no entertainment due to COVID. Montego bay was was shut down. upon arrival a smaller buffet and lunch buffet was in 1 restaurant and you had to eat all dinners at 1 of the 5 specialty resteraunts but they finally opened the Cornwall buffet although they did not make an announcement about this. Shout out to fabulous waitress Novalee who found my wallet under the chair with money and credit card in it ---I tipped her nicely for her honesty , beach waitress Kassandra and waitress/mgr Judy---wonderful woman. Chef Anthony---a very nice man, Theolyn the young girl by the pool towel area--beautiful soul and so sweet, Susana from concierge was funny, helpful and refreshing. Overall, I did not feel the iberostar vibe I felt from the past. Hotel needs some fresh remodeling in the rooms staff needs to clean better and staff need to treat all people equally. Will return to Jamaica but think I ran out of gas at the Iberostar unsure if I will stay there in the future but will see. semi COVD practices going on.
