Beautiful resort/ Horrible customer service
DavidZanov1 (Phoenix, Arizona) on Mar 23, 2024
We loved the grounds and the rooms are beautiful. The waterpark is a huge bonus and a very nice beach with crystal clear waters. Everything is expensive at the resort but we found the quality to be good. An automatic service charge is added to any food or drink purchased. The biggest downfall which is the reason why we wouldn’t choose to return is how horrible the customer service is. Many employees had an attitude and were down right rude. We encountered a very small number of nice and helpful employees but unfortunately there weren’t enough of them and the bad ones overweighed the good. Overall this hotel has a long way to improve with customer service and is not worth the price when you can get a better value elsewhere with better service.
Great with children

We came for a few days during spring break with a 9yr old and friends. There is so much to do! Shade is plentiful. The pools and water park are so fun. The adults hung out at the beach while the kids played in the pools. However, you need to be with your kid at the water park, kids are not allowed in there alone. In the evening there are activities for kids - a foam party, games, music. It's a 100% child friendly environment. The staff are kind and attentive and there are tons of them. Many staff are in charge of water safety and they take it seriously. I was so umpressed by how clean the water park is! All water parks in the US I have visited reek of chlorine and have trash all over. The Baha Bay is so clean with plenty of shade and sitting space.
