This has to be one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in! The rooms are small and the bed was terrible. I'm a Bonvoy Lifetime Elite Member and can't believe Marriott hasn't done anything to update the place. The doors were peeling off at the bottom. The bed made a clinking noise whenever you sat on it and the Starbucks forgot my order. Never going to stay there again!

We stayed as a family of four in a standard double room on 31st floor. What was good - location and staff were mostly helpful. What was bad - the room wasn’t clean (floor had not been hoovered and surfaces dusty and dirty) - furniture is tired and blinds and walls marked with scuffs etc. We did request the room be cleaned but this didn’t happen despite towels etc being changed daily. The ‘double beds’ are small queen sized beds and room is small as well. The hotel is very very busy and noisy, be prepared for a busy lobby. Using your credit for coffee / cocktails etc is tricky as you need to be prepared to wait in queues. Pick somewhere else to stay as the room price here is overpriced and this is not a family friendly hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life . Receptionists are extremely rude, unprofessionals, liars and they need training to be able to communicate with clients . Rooms are extremely old and not worth half of what you are paying . Elevators are always crowded. Hotel reception feels like entering a crowded metro station with people left and right . No proper hygiene in all the hotel . I would not recommend even visiting.

Do not buy from Fine Jewelers. Shame on the Sheraton hotel group to allow its guests to be ripped off! I was sold CVD diamond earrings - white gold setting. They are identical to natural diamonds and are 100% authentic diamond. It was a great deal, they were having a sale or so I thought. Once I returned home I found out they were cubic zirconia/silver setting. Worth nothing. Please do not buy from this man. I’ve read other reviews and all the same. Customers scammed and somehow this jewelry store is still in business. Absolutely disgusting. Located in the foyer of the Sheraton Times Square location. And if the old man who sold me these earrings reads this-GFY!!

Checked in at night & needed to get some work done. The WiFi was not working on floor 44. Tried contacting staff at reception & was on hold forever. Got through to someone by dialling 0. She was completely ineffectual & disinterested. No answers or solutions provided. Sadly, the staff and the management at this hotel are sub-par.
