Our family of five stayed in two rooms. Not close at all but they are teenagers so it was fine. Both rooms a good size with large bathrooms. Shower pressure was crap!! Son enjoyed the gym. Pool looked nice but too cold this winter for us to use. Twenty minutes from Disneyland entrance. Wasn't impressed with $16 per day parking fee. Staff not very friendly, just the bare minimum.

I had read the reviews on here so wasn't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. Front Desk- Check-In- I believe it was around 8:30 at night? one party in front, didn't take long. Agent was pleasant. I had asked them to have a card ready for husband the next day as he and daughter were coming after myself and I would already be at the parks...it was not ready upon arrival and then they couldn't find reservation- they told him that there was no one under that name in the hotel...found it in the end but was quite a while. Room- the category I booked on hotels.com said "suite, 1 king bed with sofa bed, corner" from my reading I knew it would still all be one room. The room was Huge! We did not feel crowded. The room was decently updated and had a mini fridge and microwave and small coffee pot. Our room was serviced every day. Soft towels! The bathroom was very dated and not updated but kept clean so I was fine with it. Other Facilities- little gift shop- did buy an umbrella- a bit pricey but expected. We didn't use pool/restaurant. In regards to getting to-from DL- I timed it both ways a couple of times and it took 15 minutes from getting on a bus at DL/the parking lot (there were always buses at both locations) to walking the short walk to the security/walking to the lobby of the hotel...not too bad at all! We do walk fast though. The hotel was very quiet- we had 0 noise during our stay. We were on the top floor though. Overall, if the close hotels are pricey again in the future, I will def consider the Clarion as TS buses were so easy to take.

This place wasn’t terribly expensive and is located close enough that you can walk to Disneyland. The facilities are a little dated, but access to all the fun city stuff makes it worth it. There is a heated pool, but no jacuzzi.

Although I had a reservation for 3 nights, they had no room for me when I walked in from the airport at 1 am. They quickly made a call to the Hyatt and said I would have to go there for 1 night. I requested all 3 at the Hyatt at that point so I wouldn't have to unpack and pack and then wait for a room. They wouldn't allow that....so the desk clerk walked me over...but not knowing how to get there, he took me thru the shrubs while the sprinklers were on. I was soaked. The following day, I returned to find that my room wasn't ready and was told I to come back in 3 hours. I REFUSED and demanded a room right then....and got one. Carpets are filthy in the hallway and room. Grout was moldy in the bathroom. The restaurant wasn't opened for dinner only the bar. It's a run-down, old hotel that, while conveniently located if you're going to Disneyland, isn't worth the price. There are plenty of other good hotels nearby.

Double charged for our room, insects, broken sinks, dated bathrooms

We booked this hotel under the impression that we would be paying at the end of our stay. Our card was authorized for the full amount at check in, and then AGAIN at the end of our stay. Despite the fact that we had already paid. After calling the hotel's general manager, Naomi, who was very difficult to get ahold of, she explained that their policy was to charge us for the stay, remove the charge, and then to take the funds again at the end of the stay. However, the first pending charge was NOT removed and we were charged TWICE for the room. Apparently, this was supposed to be explained to us at check in, it was NOT. I refuse to believe this hotel operates under such an insane policy. Staff was extremely rude to us when we had questions about parking. A short woman with chin length white hair and glasses took an attitude with us for seeming to dare ask her a question. I have never encountered such a nasty staff. The sink in our room was broken immediately upon arrival, and we saw two bugs during our stay here. Absolutely insane. I never leave poor reviews, I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, and I know how difficult the customer service industry can be. But the service at this hotel absolutely flabbergasted me. DO NOT STAY HERE. Go to literally any of the other similarly priced hotels in the area, this place doesn't deserve your money. Simply not worth the headache!
