We love Disney and favor Epcot properties and usually stay at Yacht, Beach or Boardwalk. However we got such a great rate at Dolphin we decided to give it a try. Arrived via Uber from airport around 2:30. Quick check in. Room was ready. Lobby is huge, easy to distance and tons of seating. Rooms and hallways feel a bit dated but even though beds are only doubles they are soooooo comfortable! The biggest issue with the room is how tiny the bathroom is. There’s a small sink area then a toilet and shower behind a door. That area is so small you can’t even open the door all the way. The only other negative is that during our stay apparently dolphin/swan stopped being part of Disney transportation and we got dropped off at the transportation center instead of directly at magic kingdom. What a bummer!! We had no clue and that added about 20 minutes to us getting in the park. We absolutely loved the pool. Even on the weekend not overcrowded. Easy to find chairs in the shade. Great service around pool. Decent menu and food. We wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. Lobby bar is large and we enjoyed a cocktail there before dinner. Fuel is their grab and go breakfast and snacks and they did a great job moving the line super quick in the morning. For us the pool, location, great food choices and service make this hotel a 4.5*

We stayed at the hotel for one night. I reserved my stay for two rooms on Expedia. Paid Expedia in full. When I arrived at the Swan hotel, they asked for my credit card for "incidentals". They next day when I left the hotel had incorrectly charged me $147 per room and a $73.16 fee for resort fees. When I asked for an explanation and refund, I was told that I had to email the accounting department. They would not speak to me. I have been emailing and calling since August 8th. It is now October 15th and I still have yet to hear from them or receive my $367.16. I am going to report them to the BBB.

The worst. Door lock doesn’t work, phone doesn’t work, smells like mold, no clock, no waste basket. Elevators are filthy. The worst. I do not recommend this hotel. Drinks still in room fridge from last guest that stayed in our room.

Where do I start. Its the first week it was open, one would think the hotel would be clean. Under the bed was a used condom, half drank water bottle, and hair all over the floor. You had to leave the water on for 30 minutes before you got hot water. When you got ice out of the ice machine it smelled musty and moldy and it gave 2 ice cubes, so I had to go to the next floor and it smelled the same way. We called about the water taxi to go to epcot was told it wasn't running but you can catch a bus. We walk to the bus station to read that no transportation to epcot. Its 20 to 30 minute walk. At least the nice bus driver took us to the place we could catch a ride. Since all the parks open late and close early we thought we'd go to to the spa. Very uncomfortable relaxation stations. They could cash us out afterwards so they said they send us a copy. They charged us 30% for a tip as a service charge. Guess we shouldn't have tipped them when we got done. Very disappointing. We went to epcot and magic Kingdom thinking our packages would be sent to the room nope. Half of the kiosks for food and wine was closed but the ticket wasn't half price. Very unaccomidating and very disappointed.

I booked this hotel through American Express fine hotels and resorts. I expected much nicer. The carpets in the hallways of the rooms was rippled up and dirty (as in very dirty), the rooms were just ok. Seemed clean but the door to the toilet and shower wouldn’t even open all the way, there was no exhaust fan and the baseboards were extremely dirty, chips on paint and baseboards as well as dusty bedside radio. I guess I expected more considering who I booked through and for it being Disney.
