Really nice layout for a studio. TV swivels so you can watch from the bedroom or living room area, or from your dining table. A small balcony. We enjoyed being on the 2nd floor. Two tennis courts, with equipment if you didn’t bring your own. Very substantial breakfast in the morning. Social hour was cancelled due to coronavirus. Nice vibe. Grocery store 5 minutes away. Applebees in the parking lot. Beautiful pool, but didn’t use it. Would definitely stay here again

This Residence Inn property is quite nice. Freeway close but not right next to it, adjacent to a golf course on one side and close to grocery stores and restaurants. A 5 min drive up to Hwy 111. Outside of the carpeting which has clearly seen a lot of dogs and kids (we travelled with our dog), and maybe not the newest cabinets, everything was clean and crisp. And the carpet smelled clean even with assorted spots. But what I loved was the grounds. A couple of designated doggie areas with nice green grass, lots of gravel walkways and the pool was sparkly and clean. Hot tip: no elevators! Luckily we got a ground floor unit. We would stay here again, no problem.

Large complex that’s very well maintained! Beautiful rooms with TVs in both living area and bedroom in Suites. Better than average complimentary breakfast. Nice pool and patio area. Would definitely stay there again!

I had two failed tries to make a phone reservation. First try, I was put on hold for 30 minutes. No answer, so I hung up. Second try, I was put on hold for 40 minutes. Still no answer. Hung up. Due to our vacation plans, I had specific questions that I needed to have answered by a live person. As well, I had recently signed up to be a member, but unfortunately did not have any of the needed information, and I was given no options that were helpful. Thus, I had to get the regular rate. It would have been much better if the recorded message would have said, "We no longer take phone reservations. Please place your reservation on line." Instead, the message repeatedly stated that someone would be with me shortly. I thought that I would try once more, and AMAZINGLY, I got a live person. UNFORTUNATELY, she was of ZERO help. Hopefully, the customer service is better at the hotel. So far, I am NOT impressed.

    A bit of a disappointment

The rooms at this hotel are laid out kind of like an apartment complex or condominiums. There are separate buildings and all the rooms have exterior entrances. Personally, I do not like exterior entrances. I just do not feel safe with them. With that said, this area, as far as I can tell, is extremely safe, there is plenty of exterior lighting, and I don't consider it to be an issue. But, if you, like me, do not like exterior entrances, then be forewarned. My room looked like it came straight out of a 1960's Jetsons cartoon. The color scheme was yellow, green, and brown, I suppose to match the colors of the desert. The furniture looked like something from the 1960's also. The carpeting was stained and threadbare in spots. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. The heavy drapery covering the patio doorway was filthy. It was covered in smudges, dirt, and what I assumed was years of hand and finger prints where people were grabbing the drapery to open it and close it. It desperately needs to be taken down and burned. On the positive side the room itself was functional. The appliances all worked, you have a full kitchen, and the bed was satisfactory. I had no problems with the Wi-Fi other than that it insisted I log in each and every day plus every time I returned to the area from a trip. A bit much. Parking was adequate. Breakfast was typical of hotels these days, in other words you got your choice of eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, and a variety of fruits and breads. There were tennis courts, a pool (although it seemed a bit small), and a very spacious and well-equipped fitness room. Access to Interstate 10 was close and reasonably convenient. But beware, if you think you are in Palm Springs, you are not. if you want to go to Palm Springs, depending upon your destination, you may be as much as 15 miles away, which doesn't sound like much but with the heavy traffic, it'll take you 30 minutes. I've seen reviews on here where people think they are in Palm Springs. You are not. There is also an evening social where you get drinks and hors d'oeuvres or something to eat Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
