Wow!!!! what a HUGE disappointment for the price! The rooms are run down and super old. dirty grounds with garbage and beer cans laying around. It’s gross! 2k for 4 nights for a queen room. I’m feel dirty just being here. What a mistake!

I can see why this is a three star hotel experience. Stayed here with the kiddos and family for a long weekend. The staff at the desk is the least friendly, Ashley looked like she was very bored while helping me. I can't even remember if she greeted me at all, I know she didn't say anything when she was done helping me, instead, I was scolded for throwing my wrist bands away. The person who checked us in was the same. They are not providing room service and the only open restaurant is a small market with limited food options. You are still paying the same prices and a resort fee and no room service and extremely limited amenities. They say they are protecting their staff, yet they have people walking around with no masks as the signs state, "they are recommended". We won't be back here, not worth the price.

Three generations of our Family spent our Spring Vacation at the Arizona Grand and were delighted with the Resort's response to the COVID19 pandemic. The Resort was clean, common areas were constantly sanitized, and Management and Staff were fully masked. Despite pandemic related challenges, the Lobby shops, golf course, pools, and waterpark were all open. I was impressed with how the Resort was able to handle City related dining challenges by inviting local food vendors to the Resort who were conveniently located throughout the grounds. And, as a special thank you, the Resort provided a weekly fireworks show for Resort guests. We could not have been more pleased. We will be back. Thank You Arizona Grand!!

Staff was kind and professional even though it was crowded and everyone is working with COVID restrictions. We will refer friends and definitely come back ourselves. The grounds were very well kept and the spa was incredible.
Spring Break 2021

We stayed at this resort April 3-7 with our 2 kids for part of our spring break trip. We booked a Deluxe Queen Suite near the Oasis Water Park. We chose the Arizona Grand because our kids love water parks and we knew they would have a blast here. We arrived around noon, it was a Saturday and there were a lot of people trying to check in. Our room wasn’t ready yet, so we got changed and headed to the water park. It was packed! They have tons of chairs and we managed to snag one up on a mound of dirt near the lazy river. They squeeze chairs in anywhere they can! The water park is fun, the kids loved the slides, lazy river, and wave pool. Our room was located in the Camelback section, C356. It was on the 3rd floor overlooking the parking lot and the 1st hole on the golf course. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Maybe I am picky, but I was shocked at the amount of dust on the baseboards, door jams, cabinets, and the clumps of dust on the peeling bathroom wallpaper. It clearly had not been truly cleaned in a while. With all of the talk about cleanliness and Covid standards it made me wonder how clean the surfaces were if those things had been missed. The room was worn, the walls were dinged up, the mirrors were hazy, the floors made our feet black. We called maintenance right away because the room was hot and so was the mini fridge. Someone came quickly and swapped out the dirty air filter and got us a new fridge. The room cooled down, but the fridge did not. Luckily there is an ice machine and we were able to fill the bar sink with ice to keep drinks cold. There is a line in the morning to get into the water park. Be sure to keep your wristband if you decide to take it off. You have to turn in the old band for a new one. We lined up at 10 am and easily got chairs in the shade. The food is pricey and the selection isn’t huge. Everything we ordered was good though. They had a BBQ place inside the water park that was cash only and it was very good. Soft drinks are very expensive...$7 for a large! They are not providing housekeeping, but we were always able to grab towels and toilet paper from the housekeeping area below. The resort had fireworks and we had a great view from our balcony. They also did dive in movies on Saturday and Sunday. Overall we had a nice stay. I give it 3 stars because the rooms are showing wear and the cleanliness was not to my standards.
