Poor customer service

Staff was really rude to me and my family/kids. Can’t believe the experience we had , after coming here for years. Worst experience EVER. Will definitely not be staying at this location any longer. We all stay on holidays and during summer time usually our go to location but after this past weekend, never again.
Hilton should be embarrassed

I have stayed at Embassy Suites every year for the past 5 years sometimes more than once each year. So I was once a fan of this property but Hilton claiming this to be a resort is totally misleading. No restaurant, pool heater didn’t work, breakfast was awful, pool chairs and furniture filthy, ripped and damaged. No one cleaned tables everyone had to fend for themselves. Front pool unenjoyable with guest diving off wall. Staff didn’t even attempt to control the guests. Had to ask for towels 3 times and during seven night stay room cleaned once. I will be looking elsewhere when visiting my family . This property is an over priced motel no way should be considered a resort.
Outstanding resort

I recently stayed 14 days on business at the Embassy Suites Scottsdale. I gotta tell you everything was top-notch, the service, housekeeping, Front desk as well as the restaurant. especially Miss Debbie, Roberta, George, and the great breakfast team each one of them made you feel at home and took great care of the customers like family. Overall just a pleasant experience. Anyone looking to stay in the Scottsdale area should definitely look into the Embassy Suites.
Dated “Resort”
Reviewed by 712jamied(Worthington, Ohio) on Apr 03, 2021
My family and I were looking forward to our stay at this “resort”...I read the reviews and looked at the photos online, and I knew the reviews were somewhat mixed, but still rated well. Staff were very accommodating and helpful - Brandy at the front desk went out of her way to help us celebrate my daughter’s birthday - that was the bright spot. However, the property is very dated and in bad need of a renovation. In its day (a couple decades ago) I think this would have been a very nice hotel. Rooms had very thin walls and plumbing & AC were very loud. While the room looked clean, the carpet was dirty - our feet were black after walking through our room. Rooms had a musty smell, and the bathroom also had an odor. The pool area was okay, but they didn’t have enough chairs in the pool and they went quickly! Also, for being a resort, there was not much to the property - felt just like a regular hotel that happened to provide a tennis court and bikes - definitely didn’t feel worth the $25/day resort charge. It was close to Old Town Scottsdale, which was nice, but it was also on the corner of two busy roads. If you do stay here, make sure to get a room on the north side, and probably the East Complex as well. We could have made our stay work, but we decided to relocate to a Homewood Suites nearby and it was a great decision.
